Worship: For Heaven’s Sake John’s view of the Most Holy Place was after Resurrection Day, whereas Daniel’s view preceded Resurrection. They both describe the glorious throne of God. The distinct difference was that of the twenty-four elders wearing golden crowns and sitting on thrones in John’s view of the Most Holy Place. These were those redeemed from Earth, mentioned in Revelation 4:4 and Revelation 5:8 and 9, who were raised from their graves on Resurrection Day and taken to Heaven with Christ.
Also John saw four beasts: one like a lion, the second like a calf (ox), the third had the face of a man, and the fourth like a flying eagle. Each had six wings and each were full of eyes around the throne, crying “Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.” And, because of the open door (the second vail), John saw the first apartment, or Holy Place, articles as well. He saw the “seven lamps of fire burning before the throne,” which was the seven-branched candlestick of the earthly sanctuary. And he saw the golden altar, the altar of incense. John was “privileged to look into both the holy and the most holy place in the heavenly sanctuary.”

Wellness: For Health’s Sake Shelem Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness, says that medical missionary work in the last days not only teaches people how to live according to biblical wellness principles but it also prepares people for death.
In the days that Christ walked the Earth, miracles of healing meant that only God was at work. Satan and his demons were not allowed to work miracles of healing. Not so today!
According to Matthew 24:24, even the devils are allowed to work miracles. We were told so as to not be deceived by miracle-workers today. Today, Jesus is more concerned with our characters–all reflecting Him–than with miracles of healing. He is more concerned about coming very soon to give His people eternal life.
(For more details, please read John 3:1, 2; John 9:32; John 10:19-21; and listen to the recording. There in honor of Christ’s love for those facing death, you will hear Pastor Flemons sing Hymn 181, “Does Jesus Care?”)
