Worship: For Heaven’s Sake The last Pentecost was the official birthday of the Christian church. Fifty days after the last Passover, and ten days after His ascension from Earth to Heaven, Jesus moved to the holy place of the heavenly sanctuary to begin his ministry as High Priest. The disciples understood this.
On that day, they experienced a powerful demonstration of God. The Holy Spirit hovered over their heads in tongues of flaming fire. They spoke in languages they had never studied. It all had a distinct purpose. All those gathered in Jerusalem from various parts of the world, heard in their own languages about the gospel of Jesus from these unimpeachable eyewitnesses.
The disciples understood that Jesus was their High Priest, ministering for them in the holy place of the heavenly sanctuary. He was “giving them power, giving them the Word. And they could be sustained by prayer,” says Pastor Flemons. All these elements were typified in the holy place: the flaming candlestick, the table of shewbread, and the altar of incense. They understood that they had been anointed that day with the Holy Spirit, who had been sent to them, as the Representative of Jesus Christ. And the Christian church had its official beginning: its grand opening.

Wellness: For Health’s Sake Shelem Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness, says that we need to know that headaches are not normal. They signal that something is wrong. He mentioned the biblical principle found in 1 Corinthians 12:26 to explain why you get a headache when something is wrong elsewhere in your body.
For instance, when your colon is clogged and irritated, the irritation is transferred via the nervous system to the head. The nerves there then become overstimulated, which causes a dilation of the blood vessels. You feel it as a headache. “A lot of headaches,” says Pastor Flemons, “are caused by colon toxicity.” That is why he suggests taking an enema, if you are experiencing a headache. A coffee enema is best, he says, because it “relieves the toxic load of the colon,” relaxes the nerves in the colon and, consequently, the blood vessels in the head.
Pastor Flemons advises using the 3-point strategy for healing. One: Get rid of toxins. Two: Follow the laws of health. Three: Use natural remedies for your ailments.

Words of Encouragement
Deuteronomy 3:23-26 I besought the Lord at that time, saying, … I pray thee, let me go over, and see the good land that is beyond Jordan, that goodly mountain, and Lebanon. But the Lord was wroth with me for your sakes, and would not hear me: and the Lord said unto me, Let it suffice thee; speak no more unto me of this matter.
