3/4 c unsweetened almond or coconut milk 

1/2 c frozen pineapple chunks 

1/4 c frozen banana 

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

5 small mint leaves 

2 drops of liquid stevia or 1 tsp of honey

Blend of ingredients.
