Worship: For Heaven’s Sake In the sanctuary, the two olive trees stood each one on either side of the candlestick that represented Jesus. The two olive trees, called the anointed ones (Zechariah 4:11-14), are the Old Testament and the New Testament: GOD’s Word. These Witnesses or Testaments supplied the oil to the lamps. And Jesus said, “I will give power unto my two witnesses, . . . These are the two olive trees” (Revelation 11:3, 4).
About the Old Testament, Jesus said, “They. . . testify of Me” (John 5:39). About the New Testament, Jesus said, “This gospel of the kingdom shall be preached. . .for a witness” (Matthew 24:14). “The Old Testament and the New Testament are therefore Christ’s ‘two witnesses,’ the ‘two anointed ones’ symbolized by the two olive trees that empty the golden oil out of themselves through the two golden pipes. They fill the lamps, His light-bearers, with the oil, thus causing the lamps to give light. ‘The entrance of Thy Words giveth light.’ ‘Thy Word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.’ Ps. 119:130, 105. God has given ‘power’ unto these ‘two witnesses,’ and they are the source of our power, as they were the source of Christ’s power when He met the enemy with the challenge, ‘It is written.’ Matt. 4:4, 7, 10. . . .”
“We must follow everything that God says. We can’t pick and choose what we want to follow,” says Pastor Flemons.
“Only through a study of the Old and the New Testament, is it possible for the Christian to receive the full supply of oil for his lamp that he may witness for Christ. Without this constant flow of oil into his life, his lamp, like those of the five foolish virgins, will surely go out.” (PTG)

Wellness: For Health’s Sake Pastor Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness, says that wherever there is disease, there is toxic blood and poor circulation: the two manifestations of disease. The only real way, therefore, to effect healing and maintain health is by cleaning the blood and keeping it clean. This increases the circulation of the blood, which in turn, strengthens the heart and optimizes the operation of the entire body.
The blood is cleansed through fasting. We call it feasting, because of the high nutrition received through juicing and drinking largely of vegetables. This also rests and resets the digestive system and all of the organs of elimination.
The lifestyle must change, which includes not eating the flesh of dead animals and animal products. Adhering to the REFRESHING Way principles of biblical health are effective for healing and preventing disease and maintaining robust health. When necessary, healing herbs should be included in the daily regimen. “Usually,” says Pastor Flemons, “we can see the tide of disease turning after 10 days.”
