1 Cup Lemon Juice
3 Cups Water
1 bulb of garlic (or at least 8 cloves
1 tsp ginger (chopped fresh or powder)
1 pinch of cayenne pepper (1/16 tsp)
Blend all ingredients and sweeten to taste with honey. If you have sugar restrictions such as those with diabetes, hypoglycemia, or candida, sweeten with stevia, xylitol, or blue agave. You can add sweetener before blending once you know how much you desire.
