Worship: Stop Committing Adultery / Wellness: Breast Implants Linked to Rare Cancer

Worship: For Heaven’s Sake  Sensuality may be the sin of the age. It may appear to be the normal thing to do–accepted– even among church people. But God wants so much more from us, says Pastor Flemons. He requires sexual purity from His people, especially at the borders of heavenly Canaan, which is where we are today. (Read more below.)

Wellness: For Health’s Sake  Pastor Shelem Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness, suggests this: If God didn’t put something in your breast, neither should you. Breast implants have been associated with a rare type of cancer, according to a FoxNews.com article. (Read more below.)

Words of Encouragement

Romans 14:4-5  Who art thou that judgest another man’s servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand. One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.

Romans 4:19-21  And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah’s womb: he staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; and being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.

Worship: The Devotional Life / Wellness: Two Meals a Day

Worship: For Heaven’s Sake  Predawn prayers are critical to our day, just as they were for Jesus. Pastor Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness, says eating late at night hinders those special early morning moments. But God promises special blessings, if we come to Him early. (Read more below.)

Wellness: For Health’s Sake  “Taking only two meals a day might just save your life. It will definitely prolong it,” says Pastor Flemons. A doctor of biblical wellness, Pastor Flemons further discussed the importance of eating two meals a day.  (Read more below.)

Words of Encouragement

2 Peter 1:16  For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty.

Revelation 21:4-5  And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

For Heaven’s Sake…

This is John Mark’s personal testimony about the prayer life of Jesus:

Mark 1:35  And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed.

King David understood. He wrote this: “Give ear to my words, O LORD, consider my meditation. Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King, and my God: for unto thee will I pray. My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O LORD; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up” (Psalm 5:1-3).

“God wants to hear our voice in the morning,” says Pastor Flemons. It saddens Him for us to wait for a problem or a crisis before we come to Him. To come to Him early in the morning for direction for the day confirms that we want to spend time with Him and honor Him as LORD of our lives. We are not waiting for a crisis to speak to Him. We recognize that we need Him every moment of the day. Looking up “means that we are saying, Lord, I’m trying to find out what you want me to do, what you need me to know today,” says Pastor Flemons.

“Satan will do all that he can to keep you from getting up in the morning and worshipping. … One of the things the devil does is cause us to eat a huge meal late at night so that we feel groggy the next morning, like a truck ran over us. And we just cannot get up in the morning,” says Pastor Flemons. “We need God. And we need Him early in the morning.”

In fact, David said, “Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice” (Psalm 55:17).

“That’s a great thing to do,” says Pastor Flemons. Great men, including Daniel, became great because they spent time with God. (Read Daniel 6:10.) Daniel refused to let the law of the land to deter him for praying to God as usual: three times a day. Kneeling in his chamber with open windows, Daniel prayed and gave thanks to God at the risk of being thrown into a den of lions. If you do the same, like David, like Daniel, like Jesus, you can become a wonderful tool in the hand of God.

For Health’s Sake…

Most people only need two meals per day. Eating more meals places a burden upon the digestive organs and can cause constipation. It’s like putting more fuel in a car than it can hold and process. The exception is those who are involved in heavy physical labor or who have a very high metabolism. Those may need three meals. It is not wrong to eat three meals. It’s just that usually two meals are best.

Eating two meals a day is almost essential for diabetics, however. It helps to lower blood levels. In fact, eating two vegetable meals are recommended. Salads and sprouts and nuts make wonderful combinations with a salad dressing you really like. Some grains are okay, but not too much starch. Diabetics must also exercise, drink adequate amounts of water daily. Herbs that will help have been combined in TOR’s special formula for diabetic sufferers, which is available at this link (http://torwm.org/product/diabetez-teatonic-gold-standard/). Even the spice cinnamon helps diabetics.

However, eating only two meals particularly helps with mental concentration. People who are not very physically involved but who have mentally challenging work have very little need for heavy meals. However, they do need to make special effort to exercise, if only to get a nice stroll after the meal, which helps keep the blood flowing as required.

If a third meal is required, it needs to be light enough to be fully digested within two hours. This allows you go to bed on time. At the same time, it allows the digestive system to rest when the body is at rest. Otherwise, the digestive system will be robbing the brain of energy needed to complete the digestive process. Light meals include those like a smoothie and popcorn or a light salad and crackers or cereal.
