1 Corinthians 13:4-7  Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.

Worship: Relating to Leaders in the Sanctuary / Wellness: Why Healthcare Is So Expensive

Worship: For Heaven’s Sake   Religious leaders are flawed and are not to be depended on for our spiritual food. Pastor Flemons explained. (Read more below.)

Wellness: For Health’s Sake  Pastor Shelem Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness, read an article that says the reason healthcare is so expensive is because of the innovations. The innovations add cost, but do not improve health. Pastor Flemons says the real reason for increased healthcare expense is the love of money and hearts that are fully set on selfish gratification, rather than on improving health. He quoted 1 Timothy 6:10 and Ecclesiastes 8:12, and said that if people would follow biblical wellness principles, there would be far less chronic illness. Because people prefer to pop pills for healing, rather than improve their diet and lifestyle, the system will continue to increase healthcare expense and people will continue to be sick.

Worship: The New Song / Wellness: A Little-Known Fact

Worship: For Heaven’s Sake   The children of Israel sang the song of Moses. But the 144,000 will sing the Song of Moses and the Lamb. Pastor explained. (Read more below.)

Wellness: For Health’s Sake  Pastor Shelem Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness, says that you can strain so at having a bowel movement that it can kill you. It killed the king of rock and roll music, known for his unique shake, rattle and roll movements during performances. Pastor Flemons says Elvis died on the home throne: the toilet. He says about fifty pounds of crusty fecal matter was removed from his colon. A bad diet and use of drugs caused paralysis of his peristalsis. It is a problem of constipation. The strain pinches the aorta, which hinders bloodflow to the brain and heart.

To avoid the same thing happening to you, eat a plant-based diet and change your lifestyle. We recommend the REFRESHING Way lifestyle. It will keep your bowels moving.

Worship: For Heaven’s Sake   You wanna dance? Go ahead! Move for joy! Dance as long as your so-called dance is as a shout of joy, celebrating a miraculous deliverance from evil. The children of Israel did. David did. But they were not in the sanctuary. (Read more below.)

Wellness: For Health’s Sake  There is more in chocolate than meets the eye. Pastor Shelem Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness, says that chocolate is processed with allowed levels of rodent hairs and excrement. That should be far more than enough to make the difference. Nevertheless, dangerous levels of lead and other toxins also are allowed, including a chemical that mimics marijuana and another that mimics the sensation of being in love, according to the article reviewed and published on the site of Relfe.com. No wonder so many are addicted to chocolate, never mind the levels of caffeine in it. And then, there’s the unthinkable link to slavery. Unless it is organic, “50% of all chocolate, cocoa and chocolate flavoring is farmed by real slaves, many of them children,” as shown in the video also published at the same site.

Wellness: For Health’s Sake  Pastor Shelem Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness, says that walking is beneficial to every system in the body. Walking improves your mood. It will even lift the clouds of depression and, in turn, strengthen the immune system. Walking will lower blood sugar and blood pressure. Walking will cause you to lose weight and eliminate toxins. Walking will steel you against chronic disease. Walking improves gastric mobility. And walking, not makeup or jewelry or decorative stockings–but walking–will make your legs look great. You will be less likely to get varicose veins. And walking will help give you a mind to achieve what God has in store for you. Pastor Flemons says that a brisk power walk is best, but regular walking is better than none. Start at your own pace and time, until you can walk 30 minutes to an hour a day.
