Worship: For Heaven’s Sake Accept the forgiveness that Jesus offers for the remission of sin. “Repentance (or acknowledging sin and forsaking it) with confession and baptism are prerequisites to the remission of sins.” They precede reconciliation. And reconciliation precedes justification, just as the altar of sacrifice is located just before the laver for cleansing in the sanctuary, as you move from the entrance into the courtyard to the entrance into the holy place. (Read Acts 2:38; Romans 5:10; and Romans 4:25, and listen to the recording to hear Pastor Flemons sing “Since Jesus Came Into My Heart.”)

Wellness: For Health’s Sake Pastor Shelem Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness, shared an anti-inflammation tea that helps to increase circulation and is good for brain issues. Very simply blend together the following fresh ingredients: 2 cloves of garlic, 2 inches of ginger, 2 inches of turmeric and 1 cup of water. Warm it up and drink it. Or, if you have a blender that warms during the blending process, simply drink it up. Thanks to Roseliz, a medical missionary at Times of Refreshing, for sharing it with us!
