Worship: For Heaven’s Sake A forerunner hails the coming of a person of distinction. Once the forerunner has passed, all attention is focused on the one of distinction. John, the Baptist was a forerunner of Jesus Christ, the Messiah. The attention was on John the Baptist until the arrival of Jesus, the Messiah. The Apostle Paul, in Hebrews 6:20, says this same Messiah is now our Forerunner in Heaven. And in 1 Corinthians 4:9, Paul says we are on display, as a theater or a city set on a hill, to angels and to the whole universe of God. All the attention of Heaven is now on Earth, particularly on those who profess to believe in Jesus, the Christ.

Wellness: For Health’s Sake Pastor Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness, says that there is no need to suffer with high blood pressure, autoimmune diseases, or any other disease when you are determined and consistent in doing those things that promote health. Pure water energizes and keeps all body organs hydrated to properly function. You must drink (in ounces) half of your body weight every day and only at least an hour apart from your meals. Eat lots of raw whole foods, including lots of sprouts, for energy. Pastor advises making them part of the first meal of the day. The first meal should be the heaviest meal of the day. The second meal may be a lighter meal. A smoothie, rather than a heavy meal, is best as an evening meal, when necessary. Keep the diet simple with whole organic foods. And by all means, avoid eating flesh, dairy, eggs, processed and white flour products. (For additional details, please listen to the recording.)
(NOTE: Before following any advice given here, please read our disclaimer on this page.)
Sharing Time Pastor Flemons discussed the benefits of drinking warm lemon water first thing in the morning. Besides waking up the organs, he says it promotes a morning bowel movement.

Remember to continue praying for the entire TOR broadcast family, that GOD will be free to bless us in the way that HE really wants to in 2018. Thank you.

Words of Encouragement
Exodus 23:20, 21 Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared. Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him.
1 Corinthians 2:9 But as it is written, eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. (Also read SJ 184.5.)
