Worship: Bars / Wellness: Main Difference Between Biblical Wellness, Conventional Medicine

Worship: For Heaven’s Sake  The sanctuary bars, like the boards, were made of shittim wood and completely covered with gold.  (Read more below.)

Wellness: For Health’s Sake  Pastor Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness, says that allopathic medicine sees disease as an enemy and attacks its manifested symptoms. It never aims at the the cause of the disease. Therefore, it can never cure the disease. It can only manage the symptoms of the disease. Biblical wellness, however, sees disease as ” an effort of nature to free the system from conditions that result from a violation of the laws of health.” In case of sickness, biblical wellness seeks to ascertain the cause. Unhealthful conditions are changed, wrong habits corrected. Then nature is assisted in her effort to expel impurities and to re-establish right conditions in the system. {MH 127.1} Allopathic medicine seeks to quickly reverse symptoms by using toxic chemicals, whereas biblical wellness seeks to reverse the disease, by permanently improving one’s diet and lifestyle while ridding the body of toxins.
