Worship: For Heaven’s Sake What Christ personally went through for us, what He does for us individually and collectively as a church can be segmented into four phases. So can our personal lives. Pastor Flemons discussed or reviewed each.
The church’s four phases can be described as the Hebrew church, the Christian church, the Remnant church, and the church of the firstborn. The Hebrew church is the church of the court, where the sacrifices in the court symbolized Christ. The Christian church, which held Christ as “the true Sacrifice” and their “crucified, risen and ascended Lord,” is the church of the Holy Place. “The Remnant church, the last generation of the church on earth, not only accept Christ as their Sacrifice and their High Priest in the holy place above, but by faith they enter with Him into the most holy place of the heavenly sanctuary, where He now acts as Judge. This church may therefore be called the church of the most holy place.”
The church of the firstborn is “the church of the finally redeemed. This church by faith follow their Lord all the way from His sacrificial life in the court of earth, through His work as High Priest in the holy place above, and as Judge in the most holy place, till they ‘come. . .unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem.’ . . . This church . . . may be called the church of the temple eternal.”
Christ clothed His divinity in humanity and ministered among mankind until His crucifixion and ascension. That was phase one. His ministry as High Priest in the Heavenly Holy Place is phase two. His ministry as Intercessor and Judge in the Most Holy Place is phase three. Christ’s return to receive the faithful into Heaven is the final fourth phase.
The personal phases are similarly applied. The outer court experience of justification is phase one. The holy place experience of learning of Christ through studying His Word, praying for the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, and sharing the Gospel is phase two. Perfecting holiness with sober minds in the Most Holy Place is phase three. Getting to go to our heavenly home is our personal phase four.

Worship: For Health’s Sake Shelem Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness, says that diabetes can be reversed with diet and the REFRESHING lifestyle.
He says that a mostly a raw diet will do wonders for normalizing blood sugar. He recommends eating raw salads two times per day, including spirulina and chlorella, sprouts, avocados, garlic, onions, and olives. It is also great to include in your diet string beans or the juice from them, he says. They have natural insulin. Better yet, go on a green juice fast or feast. That will accelerate your results.
TOR has a diabetes formula, called Diabetez. It is available as a tea or a tonic. It contains Dandelion Root, Goldenseal, Raspberry Leaf, Uva Ursi, Elecampane, Juniper Berries, and Stevia. You should also add chromium as a supplement. Diabetics tend to be a bit deficient in chromium.
You are your own primary doctor, says Pastor Flemons. And you are responsible to God for your own health. With that in mind, he advises finding a physician who will honor managing your health with diet and lifestyle. That is important, because as your blood sugar normalizes, prescription medications should be adjusted as well, until they are no longer needed.
Meanwhile, make lifestyle changes that will support your healing. The REFRESHING lifestyle is highly recommended. It is a 10-point principle for health and healing: The R is Rely on God. It relieves distress that would otherwise kill you. E is Eat healthy. You must eat a plant-based diet; it adds years to our lives. F is Fresh air. A continual supply of fresh air invigorates the blood. R is Rest. You must rest nightly by 9:30. In this way, the body is renewed to function the next day. It helps avoid excess stress, which raises blood sugar. E is Exercise! Vigorously exercising five times a week helps keep the blood strong and free of toxins. S is Self-control. Avoiding all harmful things and only doing in moderation those things that are good is essential to maintaining a healthy body and mind. H is H2O, drink water. Drinking in ounces half of your body weight is to be your daily minimum intake. It is essential for all channels of elimination. I is In the sun. Twenty minutes of sunlight is daily recommended. This is how you get your vitamin D, build your immune system, and lock calcium in your bones. N is Never give up. You must persevere. And the G is Give to others. God promises a special blessing to givers.
