Worship: The Church in Philadelphia / Wellness: If Your Colon Could Speak

Worship: For Heaven’s Sake  The church in Philadelphia is the only one of the seven churches that coexists with another, says Pastor Flemons. He says that it was in its prime from 1833 to 1844, but it does not end.

To the church in Philadelphia, Jesus said, “I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name. Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee. Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown” (Revelation 3:8-11).

The church in Philadelphia, says Pastor Flemons, represents the faithful remnant people of God, who remain until the Second Coming of Jesus.

Worship: For Health’s Sake  Shelem Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness, says that your colon is the last major organ that your food travels through before elimination. Being clogged up in the colon is what causes constipation, sickness, and eventual death. The colon, if it could speak would say, “Stop eating white sugar and refined flour products, and don’t eat any meat products, which have no fiber!” They constipate the body and cause toxins to be reabsorbed into the body, followed by disease and potentially, death.

Rather, choose high fiber foods. Choose lots of fruits and vegetables. Choose  whole grains–not white flour products, not white rice. Choose the best foods, and eat for health!
