Worship: For Heaven’s Sake God instituted reforms after 1798 to prepare His people for the world’s final crisis, which will occur just prior to the Second Coming of Christ. The understanding of the sanctuary is one of those reforms. It is the third in the series Preparation for the Final Crisis. It follows talks on Bible reform and Spirit of Prophecy reform.
Prior to 1798, there was not a general understanding of the sanctuary, says Pastor Flemons, who briefly reviewed church history. The understanding of the sanctuary reveals the plan of salvation. This reform teaches the relation of the earthly sanctuary to the heavenly sanctuary. It teaches what Jesus did for us, what He is now doing for us, and what Jesus will do. Pastor Flemons shared high points.
The proper understanding of the sanctuary message, he says, tempers the Christian to live godly–not legalistic, nor liberal. It is not the Sabbath, but the sanctuary message, as it teaches the plan of redemption, that distinguishes Seventh-day Adventists.

Worship: For Health’s Sake Shelem Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness, says that the message is simple and brief: Exercise is best when done outside in the fresh air. Fresh air allows the body to receive negative ions, which are electrically charged particles the body needs. Just the opposite is true when breathing in the toxins released from the sweaty bodies of others inside a gym.
Exercising is simple. Get outside and walk, says Pastor Flemons. It is invigorating and is much healthier than any time you can spend in any gym.
