Worship: For Heaven’s Sake Pastor Flemons says the 144,000 is not an exact or literal number of living saints at the coming of Christ. He believes the number is symbolic. He says that he believes the number is far greater than 144,000, that 144,000 is mathematically too small a number to total those proclaiming the gospel together with those to be saved and alive when Jesus comes.
We don’t know all that we will know about the 144,000, says Pastor Flemons. Part 3 deals with the special resurrection of the saints who have died in connection with the message of the 144,000. They are at least with the 144,000. Whether they are beside the 144,000 or are counted among the 144,000, is not clear, says Pastor Flemons. Nevertheless, we are encouraged to strive to be one of the 144,000, and exactly who the 144,000 really are is not a requirement to work together to God’s glory.

Wellness: For Health’s Sake Shelem Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness, presented great news for the many people who have been diagnosed with sinus infections. He discussed making a simple sinus solution, which is detailed below.
He also demonstrated another remedy that is also detailed below and may be viewed on FB. Other natural remedies he says that have an antibiotic effect include colloidal silver, echinacea, MMS, and Rocket Fuel. However, it is essential that you must get rid of the flesh of animals and their byproducts as food, as well as excessive sugar.

Sharing and Caring Time Sis. Maria shared more powerful selections from the book Power of Prayer, a collection of Ellen G. White writings on prayer. Specifically from Chapter 50, “Watch Unto Prayer,” from pages 100 and 101, she emphasized these points: “Godliness is in danger of being crowded out of the soul through over-devotion to business.” “The young are ignorant of the many dangers to which they are daily exposed.” “Till the conflict is ended, there will be those who will depart from God. . . . Watchfulness and prayer are the safeguards of purity.” (The links lead to another source for the same message.) Also, please read 2 Peter 5:8 and 1 Thessalonians 5:6.
Special Prayer Please include in your prayers Listener 9206, who asks that we pray for her cousin Pat, whose heart is working at only 10 percent capacity; for her coworker Jordan, who just lost her grandmother; for her children, claiming Isaiah 49:25; and for her silent prayer request.
Sis. Angela is asking special prayer regarding a position for which she is interviewing today at 11:20 a.m.
Please pray for Alison, who will be interviewed tomorrow.

Words of Encouragement
Psalm 25:10 All the paths of the Lord are mercy and truth unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies. (Also read With God at Dawn for June 5, WGD 158.)
Wellness: For Health’s Sake…
- 1 tsp. aluminum free baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsps. Witch Hazel
- 4 cups warm water
Combine all the ingredients. Pour a small amount of the solution into the palm of your hand or into the lid of a jar. Sniff the solution into one nostril, while pressing to close the other nostril. Once the solution passes through the nostril, it will drain into the throat. Spit it out. Follow the same procedure on the other nostril. Next, use a portion of the solution to gargle with and spit out. NEVER SWALLOW THE GARGLED LIQUID. Repeat the 3-part cycle three to four times (left nostril, then right nostril, then gargle). Do the treatment two to three times a day. This process is made easier if a neti pot is used.
Epsom Salt Compress
The warm Epsom salt compress requires a hand towel dipped in about 1/2 gallon of hot water, containing 1 tablespoon of Epsom salt. The hand towel must be folded in thirds (yielding two creases), with the ends folded over and down together into a triangular shape, similar to the paper airplane fold. This is dipped into the hot water solution and placed over the sinuses with the pointed tip of the cloth angled toward the forehead, while the lower point straddles the bridge of the nose, causing the flaps to extend downward along the sides of the nose and over the cheeks. It is held in this position until the cloth cools. It may be repeated as needed, until relief is experienced. (View the FB demonstration. See above.)
