Philippians 2:8-11 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Philippians 2:12-15 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. For Heaven’s Sake…
It is the characteristic of your worship that matters. God’s word is truth. You belong to Christ as you allow Him to live out His life in you according to His word. If you are not obedient to Christ, according to His word, you are not His. And your worship is not true worship.
It doesn’t matter what your denominational affiliation is if you do not worship God in spirit and in truth. What does it mean to worship in the spirit? What it does not mean is empty noise, which is satanic. Talking loud and saying nothing really is satanic. And you cannot mix anything demonic with the holy and make it acceptable to God. Indeed, you can make a joyful noise that is holy and acceptable to God.
“Let us give no place to strange exercisings, which really take the mind away from the deep movings of the Holy Spirit. God’s work is ever characterized by calmness and dignity.” 2 SM 42.4

For Health’s Sake…
Toxins lead to every disease. Therefore toxins must be eliminated to gain or maintain good health.
Being well hydrated allows the skin to release toxins through perspiration. Being well hydrated allows the liver to properly detoxify the system. Water also helps the kidneys to produce urine, which releases toxins through urination. (Pastor Flemons says that the kidneys are so powerful that it would take 800 glasses of water to do what the kidneys can do with only 8 glasses!) The lungs need sufficient water for an individual to respirate. You need water to properly breathe and at the same time avoid pneumonia. The colon must have proper hydration to eliminate toxins through bowel movements or defecation.
In all these channels of elimination, water is required.
