Juice Combination #1  (For general juicing purposes)

For plan A, make each 10 oz glass with the following combination:

3 oz of dark green vegetable juice such as kale, spinach or lettuce;

3 oz of carrot juice;

2 oz light green vegetable juice such as cucumber and / or celery;

2 oz beet juice

You can add a little juice of ginger, granny smith apples, and lemon or lime to make the juice more palatable. However, this combination is naturally sweet because of the carrot and beet juices.  These add to the volume of the juice so it will be more than 10 oz.  Alternatively you can use these to replace a small amount of the carrot, light green and beet juices.

For plan B, make each 16 oz glass with the following combination:

4 oz of dark green vegetable juice such as kale, spinach or lettuce;

6 oz of carrot juice;

4 oz light green vegetable juice such cucumber, celery or lettuce;

2 oz beet juice

You can add a little juice of ginger, granny smith apples, and lemon or lime to make the juice more palatable. However, this combination is naturally sweet because of the carrot and beet juices.  These add to the volume of the juice so it will be more than 16 oz.  Alternatively you can use these to replace a small amount of the carrot, light green and beet juices.
