For Heaven’s Sake…
Jesus said it this way:
Matthew 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
As long as we can look up and see the sky in place as usual, the law of God is still the same. It has not changed. Don’t be deceived into thinking otherwise, even if the pope himself says it. Man cannot change God’s law.
Satan is a spirit and can counterfeit a lot of things and do magical things to deceive people and pull them away from the truth. The truth is God is the Creator. Satan can only counterfeit, lie, and misrepresent the truth. There is nothing sacred about him or his deceptions.
The law of God, however, is as sacred as God Himself. “Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good” (Romans 7:12). The law of God is eternal. God is eternal. Jesus confirmed this about his coming and the law.
Matthew 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
For Health’s Sake…
Here’s why. If you don’t trust God, you will get stressed out.
Stress causes foods to be improperly digested, even if you eat all the right foods. Stress stops digestion. Undigested foods remain in the tract and become toxic to the system.
Stress causes the immune system to go into a holding pattern, even if you get plenty of fresh air and oxygen.
Stress causes the body to use up all its resources, even if you have gotten enough rest, which builds the immune system.
Stress will remain, even if you exercise to relieve stress. The resolution of stress is in God. Man’s extremity is God’s opportunity. The Bible is filled with extreme situations where God resolved them.
Stress will cause toxins to build up in your system, even if you have self-control and abstain from sinful practices, like drinking alcohol or smoking tobacco.
Stress continues to manufacture more toxins and dump them into your system, even though you are drinking the daily required amount of water, which will normally flush out toxins. Stress just makes more acid.
Stress will leech calcium from your bones, even though you get all the sun you want. Normally, getting adequate sun helps the body build vitamin D, which helps to lock calcium in your bones and build the immune system.
You can say you’re never going to give up and that you will give to others, but if you refuse to trust God you are only setting up yourself to follow Satan.
James 2:10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.
The laws of health are REFRESHING:
R – Rely on God.
E – Eat healthy.
F – Fresh air.
R – Rest.
E – Exercise.
S – Self-control.
H – H2O, drink water.
I – In the sun.
N – Never give up.
G – Give to others.
