Words of Encouragement
Ezekiel 37:13,14 And ye shall know that I am the Lord, when I have opened your graves, O my people, and brought you up out of your graves, And shall put my spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I shall place you in your own land: then shall ye know that I the Lord have spoken it, and performed it, saith the Lord.
Revelation 3:11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

For Heaven’s Sake…
“The Passover was to be both commemorative and typical, not only pointing back to the deliverance from Egypt, but forward to the greater deliverance which Christ was to accomplish in freeing His people from the bondage of sin. The sacrificial lamb represents ‘the Lamb of God,’ in whom is our only hope of salvation. Says the apostle, ‘Christ our Passover is sacrificed for us.’ 1 Corinthians 5:7. It was not enough that the paschal lamb be slain; its blood must be sprinkled upon the doorposts; so the merits of Christ’s blood must be applied to the soul. We must believe, not only that He died for the world, but that He died for us individually. We must appropriate to ourselves the virtue of the atoning sacrifice.PP 277.1″
This feast the Jews faithfully practiced, but sadly failed to properly execute in real time. Because the Passover had its fulfillment at Calvary, Christians do not observe the feast. “Today, it would be sacrilegious,” says Pastor Flemons.
“The Israelites obeyed the directions that God had given. Swiftly and secretly they made their preparations for departure. Their families were gathered, the paschal lamb slain, the flesh roasted with fire, the unleavened bread and bitter herbs prepared. The father and priest of the household sprinkled the blood upon the doorpost, and joined his family within the dwelling. In haste and silence the paschal lamb was eaten. In awe the people prayed and watched, the heart of the eldest born, from the strong man down to the little child, throbbing with indefinable dread. Fathers and mothers clasped in their arms their loved first-born as they thought of the fearful stroke that was to fall that night. But no dwelling of Israel was visited by the death-dealing angel. The sign of blood—the sign of a Saviour’s protection—was on their doors, and the destroyer entered not.PP 279.3
“At midnight ‘there was a great cry in Egypt: for there was not a house where there was not one dead.’ All the first-born in the land, ‘from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sat on his throne unto the firstborn of the captive that was in the dungeon; and all the firstborn of cattle’ had been smitten by the destroyer. Throughout the vast realm of Egypt the pride of every household had been laid low. The shrieks and wails of the mourners filled the air. King and courtiers, with blanched faces and trembling limbs, stood aghast at the overmastering horror. Pharaoh remembered how he had once exclaimed, ‘Who is Jehovah, that I should obey His voice to let Israel go? I know not Jehovah, neither will I let Israel go.’ Now, his heaven-daring pride humbled in the dust, he ‘called for Moses and Aaron by night, and said, Rise up, and get you forth from among my people, both ye and the children of Israel; and go, serve the Lord, as ye have said. Also take your flocks and your herds, as ye have said…. And be gone; and bless me also.’ The royal counselors also and the people entreated the Israelites to depart ‘out of the land in haste; for they said, We be all dead men.’PP 279.4″
For Health’s Sake…
Cabbage juice is very soothing for ulcers and gastritis. It is recommended that you drink two to three 16-ounce glasses per day. Cabbage juice is high in vitamin K. Therefore, this will heal the damage to the stomach walls.
Healing herbs include golden seal, myrrh and cayenne pepper. These are the top three recommended herbs. They may be taken in caps or in powder form. Times of Refreshing has a formula (in powder form) that includes these and other herbs. It is called Tummy Soother and requires 1 tablespoon be taken two to three times daily for best results. Call 855-867-4600 to order.
While healing, it is best to eat soft foods. Soft foods that would be great to eat include millet, oatmeal, lima beans, and potato. Eat no more than two meals per day.
Raw fruits or vegetables are not recommended until after the ulcer is healed or gastritis is improved. Raw foods will irritate an ulcerated stomach, since fiber acts as a sweeper against the walls of the digestive tract. To replace the enzymes normally found in raw foods, take papaya capsules, which can be found in any health food store. Good quality enzyme tablets may be ordered through American Health. Chew five to six tablets. You may take slippery elm powder (1/2 to 1 teaspoon in a glass of water) or aloe vera gel (1 tablespoon). These should be taken between meals.
It is important that you cleanse the colon. Take the TOR colon cleanse. This will help with peristalsis. Because the walls are damaged, the body has paralyzed peristalsis to minimize further damage to the walls. But the toxins must be excreted from the body. Thus cleansing the colon is required.
Within two weeks to one month, you should experience healing. Within this time most ulcers will be gone.
Acid reflux is a learned condition because of lifestyle. Chewing gum or eating candy prompts the excretion of digestive juices, but there is nothing to be digested. This leaves too much acid in the digestive tract. Wrong combination of foods or eating the flesh of dead animals also increases toxins, as well as eating between meals.
To heal acid reflux, the best thing to do is relax the digestive system. Go on a fast. A very good remedy to lower acid production and heal acid reflux is DGL. It is a licorice with the substance that raises blood pressure removed. Primarily, the lifestyle needs to be changed to comply with biblical wellness, and acid and acid reflux will be gone.
