Words of Encouragement
Romans 8:14-15 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
Psalm 125:3 For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; lest the righteous put forth their hands unto iniquity.

For Heaven’s Sake…
The Israelites, under the leadership of Joshua, ambushed the city of Ai, according to the instructions of God. The strategy caused the men of Ai to abandon their city, thinking that they were in pursuit of the Israelites. In truth, they found themselves caught between the Israelites and their city consumed in fire.
Through the Israelites, God was cleaning the Promised Land of sin removing those given over to heathenism from the land of Canaan. After the ambushment, Joshua built an altar unto the LORD and wrote a copy of the law of Moses in the presence of the Israelites, who were gathered together. All the people, including the women and children and the strangers listened to Joshua read to them the blessings and the curses found in the book of the law. The blessings and curses are found in Deuteronomy 28:
And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth:
2 And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God.
3 Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou be in the field.
4 Blessed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy ground, and the fruit of thy cattle, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep.
5 Blessed shall be thy basket and thy store.
6 Blessed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and blessed shalt thou be when thou goest out.
7 The Lord shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways.
8 The Lord shall command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses, and in all that thou settest thine hand unto; and he shall bless thee in the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.
9 The Lord shall establish thee an holy people unto himself, as he hath sworn unto thee, if thou shalt keep the commandments of the Lord thy God, and walk in his ways.
10 And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of the Lord; and they shall be afraid of thee.
11 And the Lord shall make thee plenteous in goods, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy ground, in the land which the Lord sware unto thy fathers to give thee.

For Health’s Sake…
Clogged arteries and veins don’t happen overnight. Neither will unclogging them. It takes persistence. It takes time. It is critical to your health to never give up.
Don’t give up, because within only six months, clogged arteries may be cleared by going on an oil-free, plant-based diet; getting out in the sun for 20 minutes daily; getting fresh air (even while sleeping) and rest; exercising daily; drinking adequate water (half your body’s weight in ounces); abstaining from harmful things and engaging only moderately in those things that are good, which is self-control; and relying on God, while you give to others.
“When we give to others, without a spirit of unselfishness,” says Pastor Flemons, “stress just melts away.”
It is stress that causes the blood vessels to constrict, which raises blood pressure, which damages the artery walls, which causes the body to produce extra cholesterol to patch the damaged walls. And as stress upon more stress is added, the mad cycle continues, until the cardiovascular system is compromised and disease jeopardizes the life. It can all be reversed by living simply according to the REFRESHING Way lifestyle, which is derived from the Bible. The goal is biblical wellness.
