Worship: The Commandment Nobody Talks About / Wellness: Heavy Metals and Coffee Enemas

Worship: For Heaven’s Sake  When people refuse to be content with what God has given them and instead cherish a spirit of greed, they can never be satisfied. “Nothing…absolutely nothing will ever be enough,” says Annette Gillam’s post on FB during the live broadcast.  (Read more below.)

Wellness: For Health’s Sake  Pastor Shelem Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness, says that people tend to not think about the toxicity of heavy metals, which can be ingested simply by drinking the wrong water. (Read more below.)

Words of Encouragement

Isaiah 12:2-3  Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation. Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

Psalm 140:7  O GOD the Lord, the strength of my salvation, Thou hast covered my head in the day of battle.

For Heaven’s Sake…

Pastor Flemons says, “The sin of covetousness is idolatry.” Idolatry must not be found among God’s people. When covetousness is found among God’s people, the whole church suffers, as in the case of Achan and Israel after their battle at Ai. Ellen White recounts the ordeal and offers comments in her book Patriarchs and Prophets, which Pastor Flemons read:

“The deadly sin that led to Achan’s ruin had its root in covetousness, of all sins one of the most common and the most lightly regarded. While other offenses meet with detection and punishment, how rarely does the violation of the tenth commandment so much as call forth censure. The enormity of this sin, and its terrible results, are the lessons of Achan’s history. {PP 496.2}

“Covetousness is an evil of gradual development. Achan had cherished greed of gain until it became a habit, binding him in fetters well-nigh impossible to break. While fostering this evil, he would have been filled with horror at the thought of bringing disaster upon Israel; but his perceptions were deadened by sin, and when temptation came, he fell an easy prey. {PP 496.3}

“Everywhere its slimy track is seen. It creates discontent and dissension in families; it excites envy and hatred in the poor against the rich; it prompts the grinding oppression of the rich toward the poor. And this evil exists not in the world alone, but in the church. How common even here to find selfishness, avarice, overreaching, neglect of charities, and robbery of God “in tithes and offerings.” Among church members “in good and regular standing” there are, alas! many Achans. Many a man comes statedly to church, and sits at the table of the Lord, while among his possessions are hidden unlawful gains, the things that God has cursed.”  {PP 497.1}

For Health’s Sake…

Heavy metal toxicity can also come from ingesting chemicals in what we eat. Heavy metal toxicity leads to MS (multiple sclerosis), various autoimmune diseases, and especially seizures. Furthermore, lyme disease can be worsened by heavy metal toxicity, says Pastor Flemons.

When it comes to freeing the body of heavy metals, a normal course of eating a total plant-based diet and juicing is not enough, he says. You have to do some additional things that will perform chelation. Chlorella is a freshwater algae that “may be exactly what you need,” says Dr. Axe.

Chlorella is a natural herbal chelator. “Studies have shown that chlorella” helps “negate the effects of chemotherapy and radiation.” “Native to Taiwan and Japan, this superfood is rich with phytonutrients, including amino acids, chlorophyll, beta-carotene, potassium, phosphorous, biotin, magnesium and the B-complex vitamins.”

Garlic is a natural chelator, says Pastor Flemons, as well as bentonite clay. They help pull heavy metals out of the body, which tend to collect in the liver. Coffee enemas, however, increase the glutathione (GSH) levels a hundredfold, he says. According to Dr. Axe, “Longevity researchers believe that it is so pivotal to our health that the level of GSH in our cells is becoming a predictor of how long we will live! (234)”

Coffee enemas cause the liver to increase glutathione production. They also cause the liver to pulsate until the heavy metals are channeled into the bile and into the intestines, so they can be excreted. That is why he recommends coffee enemas whenever there is a need to remove heavy metals from the body. People who know that they have heavy metal toxicity should take two to three coffee enemas daily.

Use 3 T of organic ground coffee to 1 quart of water. Boil it for 15 minutes. Strain it. Let it cool. But never use cold coffee. Use at least 8 ozs per enema treatment. Lay on your right side for 15 minutes. Eight ounces is a therapeutic amount, he says. (Listen to the recording for important details and instructions.)

Maxwell or Folger’s will substitute for organic ground coffee, if necessary. Never use decaffeinated coffee, however. It contains a cancer-causing chemical used to remove the caffeine. Still, the 3 percent that it leaves in decaffeinated coffee is half of the only six percent of caffeine that is normal in regular coffee, says Pastor Flemons.
