Words of Encouragement
Hebrews 10:23-25 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) and let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
Hebrews 4:14-16 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
For Heaven’s Sake…
“Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy. If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified. But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men’s matters. Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God…” (1 Peter 4:12-16).

For Health’s Sake…
He was only referring to a passage of Scripture: Luke 9:1 and 2 in the New Testament of the Holy Bible. It states this: “Then he called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases. And he sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick.”
Healing sometimes is not always physical. It may be emotional healing that is needed. It may be spiritual healing that is needed. God will provide discernment and guidance to the willing heart ready to submit to the Holy Spirit and according to the Bible. People need healing on every level.
But drugs do not cure disease, says Pastor Flemons. If they did, then the same drugs would not make a healthy person sick. Think about that. Instead, “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food,” said Hippocrates. The Hippocratic oath simply describes the truth of biblical wellness, which we outline in the the REFRESHING Way lifestyle.
