Worship: For Heaven’s Sake Jesus had to teach in parables so that He could complete His work uninhibited. He taught the kingdom of grace through seven parables: the wheat and tares, the mustard seed, the leaven, the hidden treasure, the pearl of great price, the gospel net, and the ten virgins.
Through these parables we can learn the imperfect state of the present, when sinners and many can still enjoy the means of grace. We learn that the kingdom of grace extends from Adam and Eve to the redeemed of every age and from every land. We learn that like leaven, the work of grace affects the entire being. We learn the joyful state of mind of those who experience the blessings of grace. We learn the immense cost of salvation and the sacrifice it should take to obtain it. We learn that time will reveal the true character of those who have received the kingdom of grace. And we learn how the church would behave just prior to Christ’s second advent, when the kingdom of grace would come to its close and the kingdom of glory would begin.

Also listen to the recording, which includes Pastor Flemons, singing Hymn 271, “Break Thou the Bread of Life.”]
Wellness: For Health’s Sake Pastor Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness, says that God wants us to be thinkers and not mere reflectors of other men’s thoughts. The world’s education is not according to the Bible. Neither is its standards. Millions, therefore, are mis-educated professionals. And the masses are deceived into following their lead, when they fail to test the word of professionals by the Word: the Bible.
God set the original plan of education in the Garden of Eden when He told Adam and Eve to tend the garden. They would observe nature and learn of God. Satan soon set up his own plan of education. It mixed truth and error. It was the one fruit God had forbidden: the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Since then, Satan’s educational plan has proceeded from this forbidden place to convincingly corrupt the world. It has been said that the most convincing lie is one that also has some truth in it. To be safe, therefore, every principle must be tested by God’s Word.
No one can encourage you to embrace a whole-food, plant-based diet, when they have not experienced its value for themselves. Meat-eaters who are doctors or ministers are unlikely to steer you toward a whole-food, plant-based diet for your health or for your spiritual growth. If you follow their lead, you are likely to die before your time. This then is the connection between false education and funerals. Don’t be foolish. There is no need for anyone to die before time. Yet, daily people are dying before their time.
