Worship: For Heaven’s Sake Look to yourselves carefully to determined whether you are allowing the root of bitterness to develop, says Pastor Flemons. The root of bitterness, he says as he quoted from Hebrews 12:15, will negatively impact the one with bitterness and everyone else.
“There is no excuse to be bitter,” says Pastor Flemons. “Nothing compares,” he says, to what Christ has experienced for each of us. He advised that we allow the grace of Christ to pardon us from past sins and provide the power to live abundantly.

Wellness: For Health’s Sake Shelem Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness, opened phone lines for the health segment for any questions to be answered after announcing that the next health segment would cover ALS.
Four questions were presented for his response. One listener was baffled to understand how to help a person who cuts herself to relieve pain. Another listener wanted to know how to help a person who smokes marijuana. And another was concerned about helping a friend who is crippled with MS, is the mother of three children, and is in an unhealthy marriage. She also wanted to know how to help someone with sickle cell.
