Worship: For Heaven’s Sake We need an in-depth understanding of mercy, says Pastor Flemons. Had Lucifer really understood the mercy of God, he would have not sinned as he did. Prior to Lucifer’s sin, mercy had never before been extended. It had never before been needed, “for this quality of love can be exercised only toward enemies and sinners.” (PTG) Lucifer’s pride did not allow him to accept it. Had he accepted it he would have been fully restored.
Restoration, even exaltation and glorification, is the end result of God’s mercy. God’s mercy grants pardon for past sins as though they never were. That is what the sacrifice of Jesus did for everyone who is willing to believe and receive. Through Jesus’ death, we are reconciled to God. He offers to every believer the power of grace to live a sinless life. Beyond that, as we are willing, we are exalted–even to His throne. For Christ has promised, “To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne” (Revelation 3:21). From enemies of God to sharing God’s throne: that is more than restoration. That is glorification.

Wellness: For Health’s Sake Shelem Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness, says that “for your own health,” there are two appliances worth saving your money to purchase: a juicer and a blender. Not just any will do, however. Pastor Flemons specifically advises purchasing the Green Star 5100 juicer, which retails upwards from about $500, and the Vita Mix blender, retailing from $300 and upward.
The Green Star 5100 is a twin-gear juicer that provides greater efficiency than regular juicers. It does a masterful job on leafy green vegetables, he says. It produces greater juice from them and leaves the pulp drier. The juice itself will remain potent longer than on average. Although there are some plastic parts, says Pastor Flemons, the part that does the crushing is stainless steel.
The Vita Mix blender is very powerful and versatile. It is not hurt by the frozen ingredients of your smoothie, for example. Its powerful blending will eventually warm the temperature of raw ingredients with a little water and seasonings to produce a soup.
They can help you save your life and you can help others too. Regardless, it is better to have a juicer and blender at whatever rate you can afford than none at all. But as soon as possible, take this advice!

Audrey’s cousin Ruth in ICU and others involved in a multi-vehicle crash in Delaware two nights ago.
Pray also for those undergoing surgery today and all grieving families (especially spouses). Pray for those fighting for their lives and against depression. Also pray for people living in areas at risk of being destroyed by hurricanes and tornadoes and other natural disasters.
