When Jesus Swore Twice
Pastor Flemons read portions of Daniel 12 and Revelation 10. In these chapters, He identifies Jesus as the only one with the authority to swear by God in heaven. Thus He is both the man on the water in Daniel and the angel with His feet on land and sea in Revelation. In Daniel the two men on either side of the bank of the river represent Daniel and John the revelator. As Jesus swears in Daniel, He declares that the end of time cannot begin until after the fall of the papacy in 1798. In Daniel 10, when He swears, He declares that the end of prophetic time periods would be in the year 1844.
Therefore, from Christ’s own lips, we have proof that modern time setting is not of God. As Jesus declared afterward to prophesy again, He was saying that the 1260 year prophecy of Daniel would be repeated again in the book of revelation. He was also encouraging us to continue to share these prophecies which will take us to the end of time. These including prophecies of the time of trouble and the people of God being delivered.

Sharing and caring – Seeking god’s guidance
A knowledge of the truth depends not so much upon strength of intellect as upon pureness of purpose, the simplicity of an earnest, dependent faith. To those who in humility of heart seek for divine guidance, angels of God draw near. The Holy Spirit is given to open to them the rich treasures of the truth. { COL 59.3}
You are fighting for the crown of life…. Live to please Him who thought you of such value that He gave Jesus, His only begotten Son, to save you from your sins…. Ever keep before you the thought that what is worth doing at all, is worth doing well. Depend upon God for wisdom, that you may not discourage one soul in right doing. Work with Christ in drawing souls to Him…. Do your very best in everything you undertake. Jesus is your Saviour, and rely upon Him to help you day by day, that you may not sow tares, but the good seed of the kingdom…. { SD 283.2}
You must learn to see with your brain as well as your eyes. You must educate your judgment so that it shall not be feeble and inefficient. You must pray for guidance, and commit your way unto the Lord. You must close your heart against all foolishness and sin, and open it to every heavenly influence. You must make the most of your time and opportunities, in order to develop a symmetrical character…. { SD 283.3}
