TORSOE Lean Green Juice Recipe:
1 Bunch of Kale
4 Handfuls of Spinach
1 Stalk of Celery
1 Bunch of Cilantro & Mint
1 Extra Large Cucumber
3 Granny Smith Apples
1 Lemon (fresh squeezed)
2-inch Ginger Root
4 Garlic Cloves
Juice all ingredients and enjoy! Yields: 1 Quart
Drink juice 3x per day. In between the juices, drink lemon water. If you need extra fuel, have a 8oz smoothie instead of juice but no more than 1 per day. If you feel fatigue, rest or nap. Stay prayerful asking God for strength, healing and victory over appetite/passions.
