Two Witnesses

Pastor Flemons discussed the two witnesses of Revelation 11.

Rev. 11:1   And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein.  2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.

Rev. 11:3   And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.  4 These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.

The above verses predicted that an attempt would be made for 1260 years to obliterate the Old and New Testament, the Bible. It also predicts that through the power of the Holy Spirit, God’s word would prevail. This prophecy received its fulfillment in the dark ages from 538 A.D. to 1798 A.D. wherein the papacy (the Roman Catholic Church) came to power and persecuted Bible believing christians and tried to obfuscate and obliterate scripture. The word of God was kept alive by the protestant reformers.

To calculate 42 months and 1260 days, you would follow the scriptural admonition to calculate every day as a year in Numbers 14:34 and Ezekiel 4:6.

Why Women Get Fibroids and Sharing and Caring

Women get fibroids because of excessive estrogen. This can come from a number of sources including all animal products and even hair relaxers.

Your body makes excessive estrogen when you experience excessive amounts of stress or tax your adrenals with excessive sugar and caffeine, tobacco, and other toxins.

Sharing and Caring

dedication and obedience required

“But many are attracted by the beauty of Christ and the glory of heaven, who yet shrink from the conditions by which alone these can become their own. There are many in the broad way who are not fully satisfied with the path in which they walk. They long to break from the slavery of sin, and in their own strength they seek to make a stand against their sinful practices. They look toward the narrow way and the strait gate; but selfish pleasure, love of the world, pride, unsanctified ambition, place a barrier between them and the Saviour. To renounce their own will, their chosen objects of affection or pursuit, requires a sacrifice at which they hesitate and falter and turn back. Many “will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.” Luke 13:24. They desire the good, they make some effort to obtain it; but they do not choose it; they have not a settled purpose to secure it at the cost of all things.” { MB 143.1} Mount of Blessing, p. 143

faith united with prayer

“True faith and true prayer—how strong they are! They are as two arms by which the human suppliant lays hold upon the power of Infinite Love. Faith is trusting in God,—believing that He loves us, and knows what is for our best good. Thus, instead of our own way, it leads us to choose His way.” [GW 259] Gospel Workers p. 259
