Worship: For Heaven’s Sake The importance of truth, as presented in this morning’s broadcast was explained by these Bible texts: John 17:17; 2 Timothy 3:16,17; Luke 24:27; 2 Timothy 4:2-4; and John 8:31 and 31. These main points were presented. We are made holy by the truth of God’s word, from Genesis to Revelation. We should be ready to share our faith at any time. We must continue in the Word of God to be considered a disciple of Christ. Obedience to the Word of Truth is having truth, which sets us free.
Wellness: For Health’s Sake Pastor Flemons presented helpful information for overcoming diabetes the REFRESHING way. Today he focused on the S-H-and I: self-control, H2O (water), and being “in the sun” (sunlight). For example, we learned that abstaining from alcohol is particularly critical for diabetics in that alcohol raises blood sugar faster than sugar. Water is vital in the healing process, as it removes glucose from blood and detoxifies the system, for example. We learned spending 30 minutes per day in the sun helps increase oxygen in the system.
QT/QT Discussion surrounded the revealed points of overcoming diabetes in this morning’s broadcast and included a testimony from a diabetic with helpful points that have worked for him.
