Worship: For Heaven’s Sake  Pastor Flemons used the placement of the twelve memorial stones in the Jordan to serve as a foundation for discussing the scriptural stones that also serve as historical landmarks to tell His story. (Read more below.)

Wellness: For Health’s Sake  Pastor Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness, taught how to make and use the liver pack. (Read more below.)

Words of Encouragement

1 John 5:14-15  And this is the confidence that we have in him that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

Hebrews 13:16  But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.

For Heaven’s Sake…

Joshua 4:1-9

And it came to pass, when all the people were clean passed over Jordan, that the Lord spake unto Joshua, saying,

Take you twelve men out of the people, out of every tribe a man,

And command ye them, saying, Take you hence out of the midst of Jordan, out of the place where the priests’ feet stood firm, twelve stones, and ye shall carry them over with you, and leave them in the lodging place, where ye shall lodge this night.

Then Joshua called the twelve men, whom he had prepared of the children of Israel, out of every tribe a man:

And Joshua said unto them, Pass over before the ark of the Lord your God into the midst of Jordan, and take you up every man of you a stone upon his shoulder, according unto the number of the tribes of the children of Israel:

That this may be a sign among you, that when your children ask their fathers in time to come, saying, What mean ye by these stones?

Then ye shall answer them, That the waters of Jordan were cut off before the ark of the covenant of the Lord; when it passed over Jordan, the waters of Jordan were cut off: and these stones shall be for a memorial unto the children of Israel for ever.

And the children of Israel did so as Joshua commanded, and took up twelve stones out of the midst of Jordan, as the Lord spake unto Joshua, according to the number of the tribes of the children of Israel, and carried them over with them unto the place where they lodged, and laid them down there.

And Joshua set up twelve stones in the midst of Jordan, in the place where the feet of the priests which bare the ark of the covenant stood: and they are there unto this day.

These twelve smooth stones mark Jewish history. They and other scriptural stones also mark high points of God’s divine intersections with mankind. We are to embed them in our minds to refute the stories that pervert truth.

We should know the story of creation as it is in Genesis 1. It refutes the perversion of creation: evolution. Creation happened over six literal days. “And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day” (verse 31). One cycle of evening followed by daylight still is one day. That is a scriptural stone.

We should know that eating from a different menu than what God gave is deadly. God said to Adam, “Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die” Genesis 2:16-17. “And all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years: and he died.” Genesis 5:5 is a scriptural stone. It confirms “the soul that sinneth, it shall die” (Ezekiel 18:4).

“As soon as there was sin, there was a Savior,” says Pastor Flemons. Jesus is “the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world” (Revelation 13:8). He “is the Saviour of all men” (1 Timothy 4:10). That must include the first sinner: Adam. That is a scriptural stone.

We need to embed the story of the flood in our minds. It is a scriptural stone. It confirms that the same God who gave life can destroy all life globally in one event. “God said to Noah,…the earth is filled with violence” (Genesis 6:13). Verse 17 reads, “And behold, I, even I, do bring a flood of waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh, wherein is the breath of life, from under heaven; and every thing that is in the earth shall die.”

Genesis 7:20-23

Fifteen cubits upward did the waters prevail; and the mountains were covered.

21 And all flesh died that moved upon the earth, both of fowl, and of cattle, and of beast, and of every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth, and every man:

22 All in whose nostrils was the breath of life, of all that was in the dry land, died.

23 And every living substance was destroyed which was upon the face of the ground, both man, and cattle, and the creeping things, and the fowl of the heaven; and they were destroyed from the earth: and Noah only remained alive, and they that were with him in the ark.

Scriptural stones anchor us in truth. The story of the tower of Babel is a scriptural stone that reveals the origin of languages. The story of Isaac and Ishmael is the scriptural stone that reveals why the Jews and Palestinians are still at war. The story of Sodom and Gomorrah is a scriptural stone that reveals the truth about “eternal fire.” The fire is not still burning. The results of the fire is eternal.

There is no ever-burning hell, regardless of who says it is so. The Bible does not say so. It is His story.

For Health’s Sake…

The liver pack is used to pull toxins from the liver. Pulling toxins from a burdened liver will enhance digestion. It is also a treatment that will help heal liver complications resulting from alcoholism, like cirrhosis of the liver, which is said to be irreversible.

The liver pack has two main ingredients: grapefruit and Epsom salt.

Wash the skin of one grapefruit.

Cut (if necessary) and blend the grapefruit.

Add a light sprinkling of Epsom salt.

Drain excess liquid, if necessary.

Lay over gauze or linen or cotton cloth, like a T-shirt.

Apply directly to the liver area: the upper right quadrant of your abdomen.

Cover with saran wrap or other plastic to protect sheets and leave on overnight or for at least two hours.

This treatment is safe to use although you may have no known liver ailment. Liver medications, however, are not safe to use when you have no known liver ailment. This leads to a question Pastor Flemons frequently poses: How can medicine that makes a well man sick, make a sick man well?
