Worship: For Heaven’s Sake On inauguration day, after the tabernacle and its furnishings and the priests were anointed, a cloud hovered over the encampment. “And in majestic splendor it passed into the interior of the most holy place, and rested between the cherubim of the mercy seat.” Through the cloud, “the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle,” according to Exodus 40:34.
“From that moment the ark was sacredly hidden from common view within the most holy place. Even Moses, in overwhelming awe, stood aloof and was not able to enter the tabernacle. See JF&B Com. on Ex. 40:34,35; PP 349.
“Inauguration day, a day never to be forgotten, was drawing to a close, and Israel quietly and reverently retired to their camp. The Father’s heartlonging, ‘Let them make me a sanctuary; that I may dwell among them,’ Ex. 25:8, was realized.”
Pastor Flemons added, “If you don’t have God with you, you really don’t have anything.” He says you need God more than you need anything else: more than fame, more than money.” It’s not where you are or your circumstances that counts. What is important is that God is with you to give you success. When God is with you, you can rest assured that “you will come out on top.”

Worship: For Health’s Sake Shelem Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness, discussed TOR’s outreach project Meals Before Pills, as it relates to hypertension. A simple online search revealed that antihypertensive medication is prevalent in America, with at least 200 types available, says Pastor Flemons. He found Lisinopril to be currently the No. 1 antihypertensive medication.
The problem is a high fat diet. Meat and dairy products are high in fat, and the liver becomes clogged. Even a high protein, high carbohydrate diet and eating refined foods (like white flour products and sugar) also clog the liver, he says. This in turn raises the blood pressure. Just by cleansing the liver, the blood pressure is relieved. One natural remedy to do that, he says, is to slowly sip 16 ounces of beet juice.
Just by changing your diet actually helps. Pastor Flemons advises a diet of fruits, nuts, whole grains, seeds, and vegetables. This is the total plant-based diet. With a healthy diet, you also need to have a healthy lifestyle. We recommend the REFRESHING lifestyle.
The R is Rely on God. The E is Eat healthy. F is Fresh air. R is Rest. E is Exercise. S is Self-Control. H is H2O (water). I is In the sun. N is Never give up. And G is Give to others.
