Worship: For Heaven’s Sake Pastor Flemons focused tonight’s study on Revelation 20:1-6, where is described the chaining of the Devil for 1,000 years. For 1,000 years Satan, the Devil, would have no one to deceive. The wicked are all dead, and the righteous are in heaven. During this same 1,000-year period, verse 4 mentions thrones of those who were martyred for Christ. These are the righteous. They lived and reigned with Christ 1,000 years.
Wellness: For Health’s Sake Pastor Flemons shared an NPR report and photos of a secret governmental stockpile of medical supplies (valued at over $7 billion) that would be needed in the event of a terrorist attack or major contagious outbreak. He then focused on how we might prepare ourselves physically. He encouraged listeners to “put God’s REFRESHING plan in our schedule.” After reminding listeners what that entails, he promised to share natural first aid tips in upcoming broadcasts.
