Worship: For Heaven’s Sake Using these texts, Pastor Flemons explained justification and gave examples of appropriate and inadequate confession: 1 John 1:9, Romans 5:1,2,7-9; and 1 John 3:3. We must confess our sins to receive God’s forgiveness and to be cleansed from all unrighteousness.
Wellness: For Health’s Sake Pastor Flemons provided ten rules to observe when exercising. They are listed below.
QT/QT: Discussion about the danger of vigorous exercise, like swimming, too close to meals revealed known deaths that occurred as a result of violating this rule for exercise: Do not do any vigorous exercise one half hour before and after each meal.

Ten Rules for Exercise
- 1. Exercise consistently at least five times a week.
- 2. Exercise vigorously enough to maintain a sustained increased heart rate.
- 3. Walk in the open air; that is the best exercise.
- 4. Start with mild exercise, when beginning a walking program, and increase both the time and duration of the walk in increments. A good starting point for most people is 30 minutes a day, increasing the time and duration in 1-week increments.
- 5. Make it your goal to walk briskly at least one hour a day.
- 6. Do not do any vigorous exercise one half hour before or after each meal.
- 7. Take a relaxing stroll after each meal. This will help digestion. Never sit, lie down, or recline just after a meal.
- 8. Exercise in the morning; it is more therapeutic than in the evening, although evening exercise is still very good.
- 9. Rebound. It is a good exercise. Walking on the treadmill or using other household exercise machines are good alternatives during inclement weather.
- 10. Exercise in the cooler parts of the day during summertime.
