Wellness: For Health’s Sake Pastor Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness, says iron in the blood is like truth, the word of God. It must be slowly absorbed. He also says oxygen is like the Holy Spirit, which leads us into all truth. Listen to this. As much as 65 percent of iron in the body is stored in hemoglobin, which carries oxygen to all the tissues in the body. When there is excess bleeding, the loss of iron is tremendous. You know it, because you feel generally weak. Like so, without the Holy Spirit, you cannot understand the word of God and you cannot accept the truth. You are weak spiritually, mentally, and emotionally, which affects you physically. But thankfully, God always has a backup plan. Iron is also stored in the liver. He is the God of second chances. Good morning & happy Sabbath Pastor Shelem and Audrey! I was blessed this morning by the program in many ways. I do ask that you remember me in your prayers. I am praying for consistency in staying on a healthy routine that my health will improve. I also ask that you pray for my children – especially my daughter, Cathy, just now who is going through a very trying time. I pray that the Lord will deliver her from the things that are blocking her from receiving the help and guidance that I know the Lord wants to give her. Thank you again for your ministry.
