Wellness: For Health’s Sake Pastor Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness, says bacteria can grow on produce and recommends growing your own. Nevertheless, bacteria grows much more easily on the flesh of dead animals, he says. Therefore, it is best to follow the biblical diet, which is totally plant based and avoids flesh as food. For Heaven’s Sake…
“When Jesus came to the court of earth to reveal through His own perfect life the character of the Father, and to make plain the plan of redemption, as illustrated in the sanctuary and its services, He was robed in the garb of humanity. . . .

For Health’s Sake…
The topic is a current concern, because according to a CNN.com article, 65 people in five states have become infected with salmonella linked to chicken salad sold in Fareway grocery stores in Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska and South Dakota. Twenty-eight were hospitalized. A related CNN.com article reports that salmonella in alfalfa sprouts is responsible for 13 sickened and 5 hospitalized in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Pennsylvania. No one has died in any case at the time of publishing.
Washing to kill bacteria on all produce before consuming them is best. One TOR medical missionary religiously uses a grapefruit seed extract to cleanse produce. But if you become sickened by bacteria, Pastor Flemons suggests using colloidal silver. Activated charcoal can be used as a first line of defense, he says. One listener suggested elderberry, and Pastor Flemons agreed, adding that pau d’arco tea is also beneficial.
“Diarrhea, fever and abdominal cramps are the symptoms of salmonella poisoning. Signs of illness usually occur within 12 to 72 hours and last for four to seven days in most cases.”
