Worship: For Heaven’s Sake In Christ’s days on Earth, miracles authenticated divinity. Although Jesus sometimes used natural remedies to bring healing, He mostly healed instantaneously. He was known for the miracles He performed. Satan was prohibited from performing miracles then, but not now. Jesus said so. In Matthew 24:24, Jesus said to expect false Christs and false prophets who would work wonders that would be so deceptive that, were it possible, even the very elect would be deceived.
Although divine healing can still be instantaneous, usually the miracle of healing today is through character-building natural remedies, diet, and lifestyle. The only safety today is not in believing in miracles, but believing in the Word. There is no safety in emotionalism, especially during worship. The work of spiritualism influences the emotions to control the mind and prepares people to accept miraculous deception. The Word alone is our sure foundation.

Wellness: For Health’s Sake Pastor Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness, discussed the vital force of the human body. The body’s nervous system houses the body’s vital force. It is the body’s power source. God has measured and given each person a certain amount of vital force. When through healthful diet and practices vital force is preserved, there is health. Otherwise, when it is too rapidly exhausted and abused, there is premature aging, sickness, and death before one’s time. Chronic disease is evidence that vital force is weak. Our duty, says Pastor Flemons, is to preserve the vital force with which we have been entrusted. That is what biblical wellness is all about. TOR calls it the REFRESHING Way lifestyle.
