Worship: For Heaven’s Sake GOD uses prophecies to authenticate Himself. Prophecies in the Old Testament authenticate that Jesus Christ is the Messiah. Prophecies in the New Testament point to the Second Coming of Christ. In Matthew 24, Jesus provided signs of His own Second Coming that we all may be prepared for His appearing. Pastor Flemons continued reading and commenting on those listed in Matthew 24, beginning with verse 14 to verse 24. He concluded the morning segment with a discussion on the mark of the beast and a reading from the Great Controversy that compares aspects of the destruction of Jerusalem to the time of the end. Specifically, the introduction of the National Sunday-Rest Bill of 1888 was as the first siege around Jerusalem before its destruction. He also warned that now, as then, God’s people are to leave the cities, while it is safe and there is time to prepare for sustaining life. Leave before the national Sunday rest law is enforced. Already Sunday blue laws exist in the United States.

Wellness: For Health’s Sake Pastor Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness, discussed the ill effects of using drug medication and one in particular: the Stevens-Johnson syndrome. According to the NIH, “Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) is a very severe reaction that mainly affects the skin, mucous membranes, and eyes.[1][2] It is often triggered by particular medications.[3]”
“Allergic drug reactions are the fourth leading cause of death in the United States,” according to the Stevens-Johnson Foundation. The Foundation promotes educating oneself before medicating. They say that almost any drug can cause SJS, which is usually preceded by flu like symptoms and high fever. As SJS evolves, “the skin literally sloughs off.”
Pastor Flemons says, “All drugs are toxic.” He referred to the statement in the Ministry of Healing that says, “drugs do not cure disease.” It also teaches that disease is the body’s effort to free itself of toxins. Pastor Flemons says that the Stevens-Johnson syndrome is a violent expelling of toxins from the body. It manifests itself in “skin lesions and weeping blisters.” The solution is to get off of the offending medication and apply castor oil to the skin. Other natural remedies can be found in the use of colloidal silver, goldenseal, aloe vera, and possibly an Epsom salts spray solution. Also the body needs to be cleansed internally of all toxins.
