Time Prophecy of Daniel 7

The time prophecy of Daniel 7

Posted by Shelem Flemons on Friday, August 16, 2019

Daniel 7 presents the first occurrence of many time prophecies ending in either 1798 or 1844. Pastor Flemons read several passages of Daniel chapter 7 and showed how the little horn which represents the papacy also known as the Roman Catholic Church would reign for 1260 years during what is called the Dark Ages. It was a time of persecution for all who chose to stay true to scripture. They would wear out the saints of the Most High. Daniel 7 also let us know that the Roman Catholic Church would attempt to change the Bible and Christian Sabbath from Saturday to Sunday. It would think to change times and laws.

Time prophecy can be calculated using the day = year principle found in Ezekiel 4:6 and Numbers 14:32. Each day was a year. Therefore, a “Time” calculated as 360 years, plus “Times” calculated as 720 years, plus the “The dividing of time” calculated as 180 years equals the exact time that the Catholic Church was in power during the dark ages. It was 1260 years, from 538 A.D. to 1798.

Dan. 7:25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

Modern time setting which takes these periods and catapults them into future applications has not been found or shown to be scriptural.

Your Health And The Cleansing Prayer

How the cleansing prayer can heal your body

Your Health and the Cleansing Prayer / Sharing and Caring

The Cleansing Prayer is now a menu on our website. Pastor Flemons and Sister Maria shared with us how that this prayer can be used to remove stress and depression that has its roots in our sins and negative past. As we spiritually cleanse from these toxic states and emotions, our merry hearts will do good like medicine and diseases, most of which, begin in the mind, will begin to melt away.

Sharing and Caring

Sister Maria Flemons began sharing and caring time by reading Isa. 58:11.

Isaiah 58:11 KJVS
[11] And the Lord shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.

She then shared three wonderful and encouraging quotes regarding seeking God’s guidance which follow.

“The word of the eternal God is our guide. Through this word we have been made wise unto salvation. This word is ever to be in our hearts and on our lips. “It is written” is to be our anchor. Those who make God’s word their counselor realize the weakness of the human heart and the power of the grace of God to subdue every unsanctified, unholy impulse. Their hearts are ever prayerful, and they have the guardianship of holy angels.” [Testimonies For the Church, Vol. 6, p. 160]

“Impressions and feelings are no sure evidence that a person is led by the Lord. Satan will, if he is unsuspected, give feelings and impressions. These are not safe guides. All should thoroughly acquaint themselves with the evidences of our faith, and the great study should be how they can adorn their profession and bear fruit to the glory of God. [Testimonies for the Church vol.1:p.413.]

“There is no chance work with God in the directing of His people. Let us never forget that His providences guide in every circumstance of life, and that in the determination of important questions regarding His work and people there is no uncertainty. Remembering this, God’s people will estimate at their true value such movements as this in which Brother Harris is now engaged. Let our people reason from cause to effect, and place their true value upon human devisings for which there is not a “Thus saith the Lord.” SpTB17a 38.2
Our faith in Christ is not to be exchanged for any human device or plan. Those who have faith in Him who came to the world to give men a perfect example, will never resort to a game of chance for an understanding of their duty. God is not glorified by such experiments.” [The Unwise Use Of Money and the Spirit of Speculation, p.38]
