There are many health benefits consuming the juice of lemons.
Lemons are antiseptic helping to prevent infection. Their high vitamin C content prevents and reverses scurvy. They help remove impurities from the body and stimulate the liver and dissolves acids. Lemons help fight and treat malaria.
Several other diseases are helped by ingesting lemons including gout, tuberculosis, rheumatism, and rickets. It also helps build strong bones and teeth due to the calcium content. Lemons are a good source of potassium which nourishes brain and nerves. Lemons also help increase blood plasma.
An average lemon contains 16 mg of phosphorus, 2 mg of sodium, 26 mg of calcium, 138 mg of potassium, 53 mg of vitamin C, and 0.6 grams of iron.
Lemons can be used to treat many common diseases such as the common cold, the flu, asthma, sore throat, flatulence, heartburn and fevers. q

The prophecies are to be studied, and the life of Christ compared with the writings of the prophets. He identifies Himself with the prophecies, stating over and over again, They wrote of Me; they testify of Me. The creative energy that called the worlds into existence is in the word of God. This word imparts power; it begets life. Every command is a promise; accepted by the will, received into the soul, it brings with it the life of the Infinite One.
