JUDGMENT of the great whore – part 1 by pastor Shelem flemons
And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: 2 With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication. Revelation 17:1,2
John was shown events that would take place in the time of the end. We know it was in the last days because the angel that talked with him was one of the angels who would pour out his vial in one of the seven last plagues. The time of the end was a time that scripture indicates that knowledge shall be increased. This happened after the dark ages which ended in 1798 when the Napoleon’s general Berthier took the Pope captive, ending the Roman Catholic reign of darkness imposed upon nations.
He specifically was shown the judgment of the great whore that sat upon many waters. This whore represents the Roman Catholic Church. She is an evil woman meaning a false church as the Bible refers to a woman as a church in Jeremiah 6:2 and 2 Cor. 11:2,3. According to the Bible, this whore was also called the Mother Of Harlots, suggestive that she is the entity that influenced and controlled the Protestant churches that no longer adhered to bible truth. These would be her daughters. See Revelation 17:5
As the Roman Catholic Church believes in influencing and controlling governments, she is described as committing fornication with the kings of the earth. As wine is doctrine according to Isaiah 28:7-10, the Roman Catholic Church introduced dangerous, soul destructive doctrines to intoxicate the people and hold them in the bondage of deception. These false doctrines include but are not limited to the false Sabbath, the false state of the dead, idol worship, etc.

Three Systems of Healing by Pastor shelem flemons
Pastor Shelem Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness shared that the three main systems of healing are conventional medicine, alternative medicine and biblical wellness. The first two mentioned have a combination of good and evil and only Biblical Wellness contains only that which is good.
The good in conventional medicine is its diagnostics and surgery. The not so good is its dependance upon drug medication to treat symptoms. The good in alternative medicine is its use of many natural remedies. The los to good is its dependance on mystical, electromagnetic therapies and diagnostic procedures.
Biblical Wellness contains no side effect and is the plan that God uses to prevent and cure disease. The good features in the other two systems are actually a part of the biblical wellness model as well even though elements like surgery are usually only done by surgeons.

Invite all who are not satisfied that they are prepared for Christ’s coming, and all who feel burdened and heavy-laden, to come apart by themselves. Let those who are spiritual converse with these souls. Pray with and for them. Let much time be spent in prayer and close searching of the word. Let all obtain the real facts of faith in their own souls through belief that the Holy Spirit will be imparted to them because they have a real hungering and thirsting after righteousness. Teach them how to surrender themselves to God, how to believe, how to claim the promises. Let the deep love of God be expressed in words of encouragement, in words of intercession. Let there be far more wrestling with God for the salvation of souls. Work disinterestedly, determinedly, with a spirit never to let go. Compel souls to come in to the marriage supper of the Lamb. Let there be more praying, believing, and receiving, and more working together with God. Testimonies for the Church Vol. 6 66.1
They can pray with and for the helpless ones who have not strength of will to control the appetites that passion has degraded. They can bring a ray of hope into the lives of the defeated and disheartened. Their unselfish love, manifested in acts of disinterested kindness, will make it easier for these suffering ones to believe in the love of Christ. Ministry of Healing p. 144.4
The leaven of godliness has not entirely lost its power. At the time when the danger and depression of the church are greatest, the little company who are standing in the light will be sighing and crying for the abominations that are done in the land. But more especially will their prayers arise in behalf of the church because its members are doing after the manner of the world. Testimonies for the Church Vol. 5 p. 209.3
The earnest prayers of this faithful few will not be in vain. When the Lord comes forth as an avenger, He will also come as a protector of all those who have preserved the faith in its purity and kept themselves unspotted from the world. It is at this time that God has promised to avenge His own elect which cry day and night unto Him, though He bear long with them. Testimonies for the Church Vol. 5 p. 210.1
