Judgment of the great whore part 2 by pastor shelem flemons
In part 2 of this series, Pastor Flemons shared the fact that the wilderness is the time period when the the great whore, the Roman Catholic Church, would be in obscurity. This was after 1798. The Bible teaches that it would rule other nations for 1260 years commonly called the dark ages. This began when emperor Justinian gave the scepter over to Pope Julius in 538 A. D. The Papacy lost its official standing among nations when Napoleon’s general, Berthier took the Pope captive in 1798.
This was when the deadly wound was inflicted spoken of in Revelation 13.
There are seven scriptures that give us this time period.
- 1. It is called “Time, times and the dividing of time” in Daniel 7:25.
- 2. It is called “Time, times and a half” in Daniel 12:7
- 3. It is called “Forty and Two Months in Revelation 11:2
- 4. It is called “A thousand, Two Hundred and Three Score Days” in Revelation 11:3
- 5. It is called “One Thousand, Two Hundred and Three Score Days” in Revelation 12: 6
- 6. It is called “Time, times and a half” in Revelation 12:14
- 7. It is called “Forty and Two Months in Revelation 13:5
Because a day equals one year in Bible prophecy, this represents the 1260 years of Roman Catholic Supremacy recorded in history. It was a time of persecution for who chose to true to scripture.
The backdrop of this chapter, Revelation 17, is after 1798, for the Roman Church is in the wilderness of obscurity at that time.

Pastor Shelem Flemons, a doctor of Biblical Wellness, shared that each of the three healing systems is connected to a religion.
The religion of convention medicine is atheism. You can become a medical doctor with no profession of belief in God. Not all physicians are atheists, but the point is you can practice within that system with no belief in God. Honoring God is not the goal of allopathic medicine as is taught in medical school. Those who honor God, do so on their own, but it was not part of their education.
The religion of alternative medicine is spiritualism.. This includes new age medicine medicine.. It includes various forms of energy medicines as these are mystical and are not based in true science. Internet based on science Internet based on science
Biblical Wellness come from the true religion of the bible. It is the only system that is all good with no not so good element attached. It is the system that honors God as the great healer and uses methods that are not toxic to the human body.

When these councils meet, a few words of formal prayer are offered; but the hearts of those present are not brought into harmony with God by earnest, importunate prayer, offered in living faith, in a humble and contrite spirit. If the trustees divorce themselves from the God of wisdom and power, they cannot preserve that high-souled integrity in dealing with their fellow men which God requires. Without divine wisdom, their own spirit will be woven into the decisions they make. If these men are not in communication with God, Satan will surely be one in their councils and will take advantage of their unconsecrated state. Acts of injustice will be done, because God is not presiding. The Spirit of Christ must be an abiding, controlling power over the heart and mind. Testimonies for the Church Vol. 5 p. 560.1
You should take the Lord with you into every one of your councils. If you realize His presence in your assemblies, every transaction will be conscientiously and prayerfully considered. Every unprincipled motive will be repressed, and uprightness will characterize all your transactions, in small as well as in great matters. Seek counsel of God first, for this is necessary in order that you may counsel together properly. Testimonies for the Church, vol. 5 p. 560.2
God would work mightily for His people today if they would place themselves wholly under His guidance. They need the constant abiding of the Holy Spirit. If there were more prayer in the councils of those bearing responsibilities, more humbling of the heart before God, we should see abundant evidence of divine leadership, and our work would make rapid progress.
