TORSOE Pineapple Strawberry Smoothie (Lower Blood Pressure)
1 c pure water
1 c nut milk (rice or soy can also be used)
1 c strawberries
1 c pineapple
1 c oats (cooked)
2 T pumpkin seeds
2 T maple syrup or agave
2 sticks of celery
- Blend the ingredients all together if using a high-powered blender. If not, blend a few ingredients at a time.
TORSOE Hypertension Juice (Blood Pressure Regulator)
1 large red beet
2 large tomatoes
2 celery stalks
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley
1 garlic clove
- Process all ingredients in a juicer or grinder.
- Serve in a glass and add chopped parsley on top
