Eat Healthy- How To Apply It
- 1. Make breakfast your biggest meal of the day. Some find it helpful to eat their usual dinner meal for breakfast.
- 2. Do not mix fruits with vegetables at the same meal. Some foods such as tomatoes, lemons and olives may be eaten with either fruits or vegetables. If a food item is in question, let your digestion be the determining factor. It will let you know if the mixtures are not the best for you.
- 3. Eat plenty of raw fruit or vegetables with each meal.
