Setting of The Fourth Celebration / Disease is Imbalance.

setting of the fourth celebration by pastor Shelem Flemons

There are fourheavenly celebration of Christ’s ministry. The first was His birth in Bethlehem. The second was His re-entry into heaven to begin His priestly ministry. The third was His entrance into the Most Holy Place in 1844. The fourth is the marriage of the Lamb after the redeemed arrive into heaven.

For this occasion all the redeemed from the 12 tribes have will gather at the four sides of the throne, each group having entered the city through the gate that bears his old family name. It is of course utterly impossible to give anything like an adequate picture of this scene, and yet we shall lose much unless we can, in our own human way, visualize something of the surroundings in their indescribable glory.

In the midst of the paradise of God occupies the center of the new Jerusalem. Far above the city upon a foundation of burnished gold is a throne high and lifted up. It is located on Mount Zion. How high up is the throne? The Bible does not tell us, but we know that it is high enough to be seen by Satan and his host when at a later time they surround the city designing to capture it. With this in mind, reliable mathematicians figured that, in order to see over the wall, Which is 216 feet high, to the center of the city, at least 187 1/2 mile distant, the throne must be a number of miles high, not less than the height of Mount Everest. At any rate, it is very high and lifted up far above the city.

On the throne, occupying the center of the picture, in all their indescribable glory, sets God the father in his great and calm eternity, and at his right, the Son. So great is the glory radiating from them that the city had no need of the sun to shine in it. The glory of God lightened it, and the Lamb is the light thereof. As the stars are not visible by day because of the greater light of the sun, so the sun in the new Jerusalem, although shining sevenfold as bright as here on earth is invisible because of the overpowering light shining from the throne of God to the cities remotest bounds.

Imbalances of substances, functions and processes. by Shelem Flemons, Doctor of Biblical wellness

 As we understand that disease is an effort to get rid of toxins and to re-establish right conditions in the system, we should look for the conditions that are out of balance. An easy way to do this is to look at these imbalances as substances and processes. When we are sick, we should ask, what substances are in excess and what substances are lacking? We must also understand that imbalances can involve a function or process. Some functions or processes of the body can be overactive or overstimulated. Others can be underactive and sluggish. We must ask, what functions or processes are over active and what of the same or underactive?  This is the Biblical wellness approach to understand the disease. This places us far in advance of modern medicine, for most diseases listed therein are labeled as idiopathic, showing that they just don’t know.

Looking for toxins and balances simplifies the entire process. Asking those questions about the substances, processes and functions will make you the head and not detail as a medical missionary. The answer to these questions often gives clues as to the best approach is to treatment.

Chapter 30 – Silent Prayer Everywhere – Pages 67 & 68

Cultivate the habit of talking with the Saviour when you are alone, when you are walking, and when you are busy with your daily labor. Let the heart be continually uplifted in silent petition for help, for light, for strength, for knowledge. Let every breath be a prayer. { Ministry Of Healing, p. 510.}

The way to the throne of God is always open. You cannot always be on your knees in prayer, but your silent petitions may constantly ascend to God for strength and guidance. When tempted, as you will be, you may flee to the secret place of the Most High. His everlasting arms will be underneath you. {Counsels On Health, p. 362}

We must live a twofold life—a life of thought and action, of silent prayer and earnest work. The strength received through communion with God, united with earnest effort in training the mind to thoughtfulness and caretaking, prepares one for daily duties and keeps the spirit in peace under all circumstances, however trying. { Ministry of Healing, p. 512}

If the rush of work is allowed to drive us from our purpose of seeking the Lord daily, we shall make the greatest mistakes; we shall incur losses, for the Lord is not with us; we have closed the door so that He cannot find access to our souls. But if we pray even when our hands are employed, the Saviour’s ear is open to hear our petitions. If we are determined not to be separated from the Source of our strength, Jesus will be just as determined to be at our right hand to help us, that we may not be put to shame before our enemies. The grace of Christ can accomplish for us that which all our efforts will fail to do. Those who love and fear God may be surrounded with a multitude of cares, and yet not falter or make crooked paths for their feet. God takes care of you in the place where it is your duty to be. Counsels On Health, p. 424.
