Worship: When Jesus Snuck In Late to the July 4th Celebration / Wellness: The Dangers of Barbecue

Please see the property Times of Refreshing is claiming in faith as our new headquarters to save lives and train lifesavers. Then please ask God how you can be blessed to help. Give here: GoFundMe.com/TORSavesLives.

Worship: For Heaven’s Sake  Jesus was not presumptuous. He would not rush into danger or hasten a crisis. He knew the leaders, jealous for their influence, wanted Him dead. He could not prematurely expose Himself. He waited for just the right moment to arrive on the scene. (Read more below.)

Wellness: For Health’s Sake  Pastor Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness reviewed the “Hidden Dangers of Grilling.” (Read more below.)

Words of Encouragement

Hebrews 4:16  Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

Psalm 128:1-3  Blessed is everyone that feareth the LORD; that walketh in his ways. For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee. Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table.

How Christ Fulfilled the Law

The wise man, King Solomon, says that the conclusion of the whole matter lies in keeping the commandments of God. It is the whole duty of man. Pastor Shelem Flemons has then fittingly provided a broad study of God’s Ten Commandments in a way possibly few would expect. Every serious student of Scripture will benefit from the reading. Consider it your “heavenly homeland security.” Available here: http://torwm.org/product/how-christ-fulfilled-the-law/.

Words of Encouragement

Romans 8:24-25  For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.

John 15:13-14  Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.

Worship: Feast Days, Pt 2 / Wellness: Dairy

Worship: For Heaven’s Sake  Pastor Flemons expanded on the seven feast days. The Passover represents the cross of Calvary, the Crucifixion. The Feast of Unleavened Bread represents that seven-day period of great disappointment after the death of Jesus. Pentecost represents the early rain of the Holy Spirit, as promised in the Bible. Afterward, the world went through a period commonly referred to as the Dark Ages. The Feast of Tabernacles refers to that period referred to as the Great Awakening. The Day of Atonement refers to that end-time judgment before the Second Coming of Christ. The Feast of Ingathering represents the Second Coming of Christ. The Feast of Tabernacles refers to the seven-day celebratory period between the Second Coming of Christ and the arrival in Heaven.

Wellness: For Health’s Sake  Dairy, we learned today, “may play a major role in the development of allergies, asthma, sleep difficulties, and migraine headaches,” according to the Israel Journal of Medical Sciences. “Especially processed cow’s milk has been linked to a variety of health problems, including: mucous production, hemoglobin loss, childhood diabetes, heart disease, atherosclerosis, arthritis, kidney stones, mood swings, depression, irritability, allergies,” according to the May 1995 issue of the Townsend Medical Letter. These statements and others were presented during this morning’s broadcast, and Pastor Flemons elaborated on them, particularly explaining the toxic problem of undigested protein in the human system as a result of consuming flesh foods and dairy. Pastor Flemons shared a recipe for milk.

QTQT: A request to explain the ceremony of the wave sheaf and info regarding the octave of the feast of tabernacles has led to a potential study, certainly a fuller response in the morning’s broadcast this week.

Worship: Feast Days / Wellness: Cancer and Sugar

Worship: For Heaven’s Sake  Pastor Flemons introduced and gave an overview of all the feast days: Passover, Feast of Unleavened Bread, Pentecost, Feast of Tabernacles, Day of Atonement, Feast of Ingathering, and Feast of Tabernacles. All but two of the feast days are past: the Feast of Ingathering, when Christ returns to reap His harvest of faithful followers at His Second Coming, and the Feast of Tabernacles, which refers to that time (7 days) between Christ’s Second Coming and the arrival in Heaven with the saved He “harvested” from Earth.

Wellness: For Health’s Sake  Referring to a study posted on the website NatureWorksBest.com, Pastor Flemons summarized the cancer-sugar study covered in an article by Colleen Huber, NMD. The article, “Glycemic Restriction in Cancer Patients: A 7-Year, Controlled Interventional Study,” states that 317 human patients were studied and that they determined that cancer patients should not use a sweetner, other than stevia, which is a natural, plant-based sweetner.
