Worship: For Heaven’s Sake Addressing the state of the dead, Pastor Flemons focused on the Bible texts dealing with when the dead wakes up.
Wellness: For Health’s Sake Why should we use superfoods? Superfoods, says Pastor Flemons, pack a lot of benefits in a little powder; build the immune system; give energy; provide calcium, potassium, vitamins and phytochemicals; have antiinflammatory properties; and regulate blood sugar. He then introduced TOR’s AAA Supertonic Superfood Gold Standard, found under the Store tab on this site.
QT/QT Discussion with listeners revealed that stevia is a plant with a sweet flavor. It is not a sugar. A question about seizures allowed us to learn why seizures occur. Pastor Flemons noted that he has seen seizures be stopped simply by changing the diet.

When do we wake up? Job 14:12-14 So man lieth down, and riseth not: till the heavens be no more, they shall not awake, nor be raised out of their sleep. O that thou wouldest hide me in the grave, that thou wouldest keep me secret, until thy wrath be past, that thou wouldest appoint me a set time, and remember me! If a man die, shall he live again? All the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come.
Where is our house? Job 17:13 If I wait, the grave is mine house: I have made my bed in the darkness.
How much do the dead know about the affairs of their family? Job 14:21 His sons come to honour, and he knoweth it not; and they are brought low, but he perceiveth it not of them.
What does Paul have to say about the resurrection? 1 Thess. 4:13-18 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, EVEN SO them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first. Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
What else did Paul have to say about the resurrection? 1 Cor. 15:51,52 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
Pastor Flemons pointed out that even Christ didn’t go to be with His Father in heaven immediately after He died. When He spoke to Mary, she was not to touch Him, because He had not yet ascended to His Father. Therefore, when Jesus promised the thief that he would be with Him in Paradise, Jesus wasn’t saying that they would be in Paradise on that very day. Jesus was only declaring it on that very day.
- John 20:17 “Touch me not, for I have not yet ascended to my Father.”
- Luke 23:43 “I say unto you today, you shall be with me in Paradise.”
These are the words with which we are to be comforted about our dead loved ones. Anything contradictory is false.
Isaiah 8:20 “To the law and to the testimony [Old and New Testaments]: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.
