Worship: For Heaven’s Sake When all the previous points of a prophetic timeline proves to be true, it only makes sense to trust the rest of the prophecy to also be true. The fact that God included a last day event in the same prophetic timeline in which He used Daniel to accurately prophesy the baptism and the crucifixion of Jesus Christ means that He did not want anyone to miss the point. For Heaven’s Sake…
Daniel 8:14 And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed.
The point is this. At the end of this 2300-day prophecy, the sanctuary would be cleansed. Leviticus 16 explain what this means. It provides the symbolic details of this cleansing ceremony on the Day of Atonement. Like all the other landmark events in the 2300-day prophecy, the closing date of this prophecy points to a specific real event in which Jesus would literally cleanse the sanctuary or temple on the actual Day of Atonement in this world’s history. This naturally affects every human being that has ever lived on the face of the earth.
Daniel 8:19 And he said, Behold, I will make thee know what shall be in the last end of the indignation: for at the time appointed the end shall be.
Using a chart, Pastor Flemons showed the prophetic timeline, which began in 457 BC and ended in 1844. It provides dates, events and biblical references. Prior to 1844, the immediate past events on the timeline were the close of probation for the Jewish nation and the 1260-year reign of the Roman Catholic Church, historically known in Protestantism as the Dark Ages of 538-1798. It was then that the Bible was forbidden to be read by anyone other than the priests. Probation for the Jewish nation closed when their stubborn rejection of Christ as the Messiah led them to stone Stephen in 34 AD, per Acts 7. At that time the gospel went out to the Gentiles in full measure. Instead of the Jewish nation, Christian believers then became the object of God’s favor.
According to the prophetic timeline, since 1844, the world has been in the antitypical Day of Atonement. The sanctuary is being cleansed. According to 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, we are the temple of God. The investigative judgment is now in process. It is a period in which Jesus is reviewing the life of every professed believer from the beginning of time and judging whether they can be forever pardoned for sin and their names can remain in the Lamb’s book of life. If so, they will make up that number that Jesus will be coming for to escort back to the courts of heaven. Like in Leviticus 16, every living being should now be afflicting his or her own soul: confessing and having godly sorrow for sin now that all of our sins may be forgiven by our High Priest Jesus that those who are judged righteous may be righteous still at the soon coming of Jesus, according to Revelation 22:11-12. All the wicked at that time will have no more opportunity to be saved from their sins. They will be forever cut off.
Now is the time, pleads Pastor Flemons, for us to cry out to God as did David.
Psalm 139:23-24 Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
For Health’s Sake…
Pastor Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness and naturopathy, reviewed the CNN article “Anti-inflammatory drugs might someday treat depression.” For years, Times of Refreshing missionaries have known that inflammation causes some of our depression. They have been targeting inflammation as one of the culprits in nearly every disease you can have.
Every time we see -itis in a term of disease, inflammation is present, says Pastor Flemons. Arthritis is only one example: the Latin word itself means that there is inflammation in the joint. Inflammation is what causes the pain and is connected with the deterioration of the cartilage.
Even hypertension is often the result of inflammation. A toxic bloodstream produces free radicals, which damage the cell and the arterial wall. The body then responds by using cholesterol and other things as a soothing bandage to cool down and strengthen the artery. As toxins are continually introduced into the system through poor dietary habits and lifestyle, the damage and the body’s responses continue. Eventually, the buildup clogs the artery, which can actually take your life.
Thermography proves that inflammation is present in cancer patients. Inflammation creates heat, because the body is in a fight for its life. The cancer cells are active, and the immune system is responding. The area of the tumor is hot to the touch, because of the inflammation there.
The disease called depression results because of toxins that settle in the brain. Those toxins cause a rise in cytokines. Cytokines are secreted by certain cells of the immune system and delivered to sites where inflammation is present.
Inflammation comes as a result of eating an acid diet. When we get rid of inflammation, says Pastor Flemons, we get rid of the disease. We must change the inner environment to improve our health. We simply must eat an alkaline diet to improve and maintain healthy bodies.
