Words of Encouragement
Jeremiah 32:42 For thus saith the LORD; Like as I have brought all this great evil upon this people, so will I bring upon them all the good that I have promised them.
1 Thessalonians 5:23-24 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.

For Heaven’s Sake…
References to Jews in Scripture are not always literal. It is sometimes only symbolic. The Apostle Paul explains that there are spiritual Jews.
Romans 2:28-29 For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly: and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.
Therefore, reading Revelation 7 has new meaning for everyone, not Jews specifically. “Don’t be deceived into thinking that 144,000 are literal Jews,” says Pastor Flemons. As Revelation 7 describes, there will be twelve gates into the heavenly city, New Jerusalem. John saw three gates each on the east, west, north and south sides of the city. The Bible says each gate would be the gate of entrance for 12,000 people from each of the twelve tribes of Israel: spiritual Israel.
God is waiting for each of us to get ready to be sealed by God, says Pastor Flemons. There is a particular issue that must be faced successfully. There is a particular trial we must pass in order to be sealed. The 144,000, he says, refers to those sealed and living when Jesus returns.
For Health’s Sake…
Pastor Flemons shared the article written by Joe Leech: “11 Proven Health Benefits of Garlic.” He says that Hippocrates actually prescribed “garlic to treat a variety of medical conditions.” Human research has proven the value of garlic for health. Here are some proven benefits of using garlic:
It contains allicin. It is now known that “most of the health effects are caused by one of the sulfur compounds formed when a garlic clove is chopped, crushed or chewed.” Allicin is the compound responsible for both the smell and medicinal potency of garlic.
It is highly nutritious. With very few calories, a 1-ounce (28 grams) serving of garlic is packed with nutrition, including these:
- Manganese: 23% of the RDA.
- Vitamin B6: 17% of the RDA.
- Vitamin C: 15% of the RDA.
- Selenium: 6% of the RDA.
- Fiber: 1 gram.
- Decent amounts of calcium, copper, potassium, phosphorus, iron and vitamin B1.
It boosts the immune system. Garlic was shown to boost the immune system. It was found to reduce the length of cold symptoms by 70 percent. When given garlic, cold symptoms lasted only 1.5 days. Those receiving the placebo suffered an average of 5 days.
It reduces blood pressure. Garlic has been found to have significant impact for lowering hypertension, which is chiefly responsible for the world’s killer cardiovascular diseases: strokes and heart disease.
It improves cholesterol levels. Garlic has been found to lower LDL (bad cholesterol) and total cholesterol.
It contains antioxidants. Garlic’s antioxidant properties, combined with its impact on cholesterol and blood pressure, is believed to help prevent dementia and Alzeheimer’s disease.
It fights toxicity from heavy metals. “At high doses, the sulfur compounds in garlic have been shown to protect against organ damage from heavy metal toxicity.”
High doses of garlic has been shown to rival prescribed medications, according to the article. Additionally, article details reveal that it is safe to say that garlic improves longevity in humans, enhances athletic performance, and may improve bone health. Certainly, it is easy to include in the diet and deliciously enhances food flavors. It is the strong odor of garlic on the breath that causes most people to hesitate in consuming it. Thankfully, chewing the leaves of fresh parsley removes the smell of garlic and frees you from any hesitation in using it in any way.
Pastor Flemons recommends adding chopped garlic to salads, blending a few cloves in water and drinking it or first adding the blend to juice, and finally, taking it in Rocket Fuel. The recipe for rocket fuel is available at this link: https://torwm.org/natural-remedies/rocket-fuel/.
