Worship: For Heaven’s Sake Religious leaders need to teach and delegate and not do everything alone to get all the glory. They also need to take good counsel. Pastor Flemons explained. (Read more below.)
Wellness: For Health’s Sake Pastor Shelem Flemons, a doctor of biblical wellness, says we are sick because we are toxic. He says disease is the body’s effort to get rid of toxins in the body. God has equipped the body with a circuit breaker to save our lives. It is the body’s alarm to encourage your help. (Read more below.)

Words of Encouragement
Psalm 67:1, 2 God be merciful unto us, and bless us; and cause his face to shine upon us; Selah. That thy way may be known upon earth, Thy saving health among all nations.
Psalm 66:18 If I regard iniquity in my heart, The Lord will not hear me.
For Heaven’s Sake…
Using the advice of Jethro to Moses in Exodus 18, Pastor Flemons explained that the principle of teaching and delegation is a principle that is good for today’s religious leaders. In Exodus 18 we learn that Jethro observed his son-in-law, Moses, ministering alone to a million people who would line up to consult with Moses, as needed, from morning to evening. It was not a good thing in Jethro’s opinion. It would eventually wear out both Moses and the people. Principle No. 1 of time management, says Pastor Flemons is to teach and delegate.
Then there is the principle of good counsel, which involves encouraging the one counseled to pray and confirm with God the counsel offered. Jethro told Moses that if God commanded him to operate in any particular way, to do that which God commanded. Following God’s commands always brings good success.
The very essence of right faith, says Pastor Flemons, is to do the right thing at the right time. He was referring to a statement in Testimonies for the Church, volume 6, page 24, and paragraph 3. (1T 24) It continues, saying, “God is the great Master Worker, and by His providence He prepares the way for His work to be accomplished. He provides opportunities, opens up lines of influence and channels of working. If His people are watching the indications of His providence, and stand ready to co-operate with Him, they will see a great work accomplished. Their efforts, rightly directed, will produce a hundredfold greater results than can be accomplished with the same means and facilities in another channel where God is not so manifestly working.”

For Health’s Sake…
Seizures are the body’s circuit breaker. Seizures literally keep the brain from being fried. Usually, the problem is from eating too much meat and dairy, which are high in sodium. Otherwise, seizures are caused by an injury to the brain. Sodium carries electricity and when there is an overload of sodium, seizures happen.
If you are prone to seizures, first eliminate meat and dairy from your diet. Eat a total plant-based diet and include a lot of celery and cucumber, which have safe levels of natural sodium and a calming effect on the nerves. They also help to flush toxins from the body. You must also drink lots of water, which helps to flush the toxins. Just be sure to drink your water well between–not with–your meals.
Pastor Flemons recommends anything that has a calming effect on the nerves and lessens pain, like valerian, hops, skullcap and peppermint. Lady’s slipper, he says, is a great calming herb. But it’s not easy to find. He recommends you purchase it online from WarnerHerbs.com.
Most people can overcome seizures, says Pastor Flemons. But you must go on a fast and cleanse the system. He says that you can also be freed of seizure medications. He mentioned that Dilantin, a typical prescription for seizures, removes sodium from the brain. The problem is that it comes with many other side effects. For instance, “Some people who take Dilantin may become suicidal.”
