Worship: For Heaven’s Sake Pastor Flemons introduced thorny ground hearers, who don’t have hidden idols like stony ground hearers. Their problem is that they allow the good things of life (work, family, riches) to choke out the word of God. We are cautioned against allowing the good things in life take priority over our relationship with God.
Wellness: For Health’s Sake Negative ions, found in fresh air, particularly in oceanside areas have a very positive effect on us. They help eliminate toxins in the brain and make us feel happy.
