Take a light stroll after breakfast.
Drink water between breakfast and dinner.
Do not chew gum, candy, or any snack.
Eat dinner at least 5 hours after breakfast.
Take a light stroll after dinner.
Drink water an hour after dinner.
Make the third meal (if one is eaten) a light one.
Wait 2 hours after a light meal before going to bed.
